I was sent the wrong models
I was sent the wrong models. It took over a month and 100s of emails back and forth to finally receive my actual cars. And it was by miracle otherwise I probably would be out of pockets.
It is a shame they have unique models especially for a french cars collector. However the customer service is awful Ive never in my life experienced such poor service.
Ive had to force the social media manager to get the customer service to reply to my email about the mistake they made, it took three weeks to receive a return label and then once I sent them back the courier kept them in their depot and there is noway to get in touch. The otto customer service replies in a very vague way, you will be lucky to get a reply and if you do it’s usually a question that you answer and they never follow back on it. Luckily the delivery department is much better and I was lucky to obtain their email address and they sorted me out. I would rather recommend you buy the model off eBay instead even it costs more at least you know what you are getting otherwise it’s really a matter of luck.
