Super delayed delivery with no contact only found out because they ended leaving a message when you called.

Delivery person was unhelpful and dumped the item at the door

Quality is not great at all and returns policy takes 5% off cost of order AND you have to pay for shipping it back.

I tried to cancel this order multiple times but I was ignored over and over ! Would not recommend and most certainly will be buying from them again! I can see a replacement being needed in at least 12-18mths!

"confirmed" deliveries x 5 never received...still waiting!

Two items ordered for colour consistency. Not advised that they would be delivered separately. We're then told that the other item was a "confirmed delivery" 5 times! Waited for it each time and each time not delivered
Impossible to get confirmation
Avoid this company!

Poor service and quality

The struts were faulty on one of the beds delivered.
The order was not complete on delivery. I had not been informed that one of the items would be delivered at a later date, meaning a second day off to take delivery, and the item arrived outside of the 10 working days advertised. When the item finally arrived, it was marked, meaning I’ll have a further wait for the replacement or accept the £25 discount offered for the faulty item!
Avoid this company!
