Promise the world, deliver NOTHING

I backed Otto Wilde's Kickstarter campaign in June 2020 to the tune of nearly €3000. 2 and a half years later they NOW say will not supply the UK.

They have had my money all this time and I have neither a grill or a refund. Not sure if this is an elaborate scam or the worst customer service in the world. But it looks like I now need legal advice to get my money back.

Either way, I would not recommend anyone 'buy' any of their products as you may end up out of pocket, furious and ignored just like me.

Otto Wilde Are Crooks

Miele is the owner of Otto Wilde Grills. I placed my order for the G32 grill in July of 2020, over $5500 spent and I still haven't received it. They haven't provided any updates and don't respond to emails or phone calls. They have stolen millions of dollars from people all around the world and just continue to lie to us. To make things worse, people that live in Germany can order a grill right now and get it delivered immediately. They are treating the people that backed them early on like crap. They should be ashamed of themselves. Unless they provide everyone an update IMMEDIATELY I think it's time to get lawyers and the media involved to show everyone how they have cheated and stolen money from all of us.
