Otty offered a really good deal for bed frames and matresses. I don't have any complain about the matress and pillows, but the process of building your own bedframe is tidious. The planks were difficult to fit and they had this plastic things to mount them in that were breaking from day 1. We managed to mount it, had to tape some. I know, I should have complain from the begining, but we wanted to give it a chance. 5 years down the line thebplastic holders keep breaking and the company doesn't give any solution, other than try to PURCHASE from the company some extra holders. I thought a bedframe would have a longer life, 5 years doesn't seem fair.

I am really impressed with my new pillow. It’s very comfortable and supportive. It felt quite solid when I first unpacked it but I have found it be very gently yielding. Doesn’t make me too hot either.

After purchasing a mattress from a different company and sending it back because it was so bad, otty is the dream mattress, we went for the pro and its worth penny. No problems with delivery.

We noticed that our mattress reached almost its full shape after about 72 hours of opening it. Interestingly, it started to take its real form even more once we began sleeping on it regularly. At first, it felt quite firm, but over time, with our body weight, it became much more comfortable and supportive. Overall, we’re happy with how it adjusted and improved after use.

The mattress is firm but comfortable. My husband is definitely sleeping better. The old mattress which was just over 20 years old still looked as new but there were signs of dips where the bodies had been lying, even though the mattress was turned over or around whenever the sheets were changed. The time was ripe to have a new support, and we love it.

The mattress has transformed my sleep. A very comfortable and supportive mattress.

Excellent, very comfortable pillow for a side sleeper following a Guardian review. It felt ‘just right’ from the first time I used it.

Ordered easily online, delivery in 2 days. Unfortunately the first mattress we received was damaged, and had been re-wrapped. The box wasn’t so we don’t realise until we opened it. Phone Otty, got through straight away, Angie was very apologetic and immediately ordered a replacement. Unfortunately that mattress was misplaced by the courier on the day it was due to be delivered, so we phoned Otty and again got through straight away, another was ordered, which arrived two days later and was in perfect condition. The delivery company then tried to deliver the misplaced mattress two days later. Time for Otty to get a different delivery partner to DEx. All in all we were without a mattress for 7 days but Otty did resolve it a long with a small gesture of good faith.

We’ve been using the mattress for a couple of weeks (Pure Hybrid King) and it’s very different to our previous Hypnos but so far so good.

Pillows were delivered on time and since we received them my partner and myself have had perfect nights sleep and get up refreshed

Purchased a Otty Original Hybrid beginning of February. Found the breaking in process very uncomfortable but persevered and saw a good improvement, however despite having slept on it for nearly 9 weeks we found that the mattress is just too firm for us, despite clearly being high quality. I contacted Otty to ask if we could exchange for a Pure+ 4000 Hybrid as this has a lower firmness rating and think it would make all the difference for our comfort. They advised that I could exchange by paying the cost difference, which I'm fine with, but that the replacement would not be covered by the 100 night guarantee as this is limited to one per household. I was also advised that I would have to pay a £40 admin fee for an extra delivery (despite the fact I know they collect and deliver at the same time and they claim they will "collect for free" as part of the trial. I explained that I'm not looking to take advantage of anything and genuinely believe that the replacement will be perfect for us, but that obviously £900 for a mattress that we cannot test is a massive risk without any peace of mind guarantee and asked if it would be possible for them to offer any flexibility or even a reduced period trial just to give us confidence and was given a plain no. I am now left with contemplating whether to return for a refund and go and find an alternative elsewhere or take a risk on a more expensive mattress. Overall feel there's been a lack of transparency (this wasn't made clear at point of purchase) and feel that this is unnecessary hassle. I would also say that whilst Otty claim their Original Hybrid is a medium firm mattress, it is most certainly a very firm mattress. Overall I have found their customer service lacking, their marketing lacking in transparency and their approach incredibly inflexible.

This organisation is a shambles with a dreadful customer experience and dreadful customer service. It’s so bad I cancelled my order but they have still emailed me to see how I’m enjoying my mattress. A mattress I don’t have. A mattress I don’t have because their customer service is so bad I cancelled it!! You have to laugh. As I said. Shambles. Don’t buy. I’ve bought from Emma instead and they are soooooo much better.

I have had this mattress less than 3 years now. After about 2 years it started to sink in. The zip on the cover ripped. I can no longer zip it up. I would never recommend this mattress to anyone. I got it thinking it would be great. If you have fibromyalgia like I do, I'd never recommend it. I wouldn't recommend it either way, as I said it sunk in very quickly. It is not worth it. I have persevered with it. I had to get another mattress somewhere else. I have had 2 otty mattresses. Both sunk in over a few years later. I tried to give it another go. I won't be again.

I emailed 2 days ago. I have had no response. So that is that really. I sent photos. It seems the email has been ignored. I wasn't aware of any 10 year guarantee. For a mattress not even being 3 years old yet, that shouldn't be happening.

Great mattress / firm and sturdy. Delivery fine. Packaged well.

We were so pleased with our new OTTY mattress that we ordered a second one after only a few weeks trial. The ordering process was easy and the delivery teams were very helpful .

Terrible company useless products.

If you were the last place in the world to buy a beds or mattress from I would sleep on the floor

I have no interest in further contact with yourselves you have already proven to be incompetent at best.

I would appreciate you stopping the emails asking for new reviews however as after ignoring them for the first month I now think I will add a new negative one everytime I'm asked too.
