Had a good result - sweats are made in Mexico, 50 /50 cotton poly; quality is good, nothing crooked, tshirt fits nicely and is long enough. Shipping was within accepted norms. I understand there’s a brick and mortar shop in Quebec City and that the printing is done in Granby.

The company copies their designs, you can find the decals they use on Temu, their "new" ghost shirt with plants is a complete rip off.

I was worried about the reviews from this company, but my experience was great. I received my t-shirt only a week later. I love the t-shirt, maybe the only thing is the quality. The fabric is a little bit thin, you can see the light throw it. But overall I’m satisfied!

It took almost 1.5 month to get my order within Canada. Once received, one of the shirts I had ordered was sent as a small when I ordered it as an XL. I emailed a few times, reached out on social media and radio silence. Not even an acknowledgment of their error. This was a gift to my brother and there ain’t no way in hell he’ll fit in a small so I’m stuck with it. As far as I’m concerned, I purchased 2 sweaters for an additional $35, as the t-shirt is no use to me.

Company will not ship orders placed over a month ago. The "we're so sorry but we received more orders than expected" is BS, it's freaking holildays what did you expect.
Company will not accept order cancellation passed 30 minutes and state that they do not refund returns either.
Avoid at all cost.

They say orders placed in canada ot takes 7 days to receive your order, Ive placed mine on Dec 3rd and today we are dec 21st and still didnt received anything. No tracking available nothing. They are not responding to their mails.. bad customer service

If I had the option, I would give 0 star. I bought a t-shirt in May and it did not fit right so returned it. I've been waiting for my refund ever since. They don't answer my emails and don't have a phone number. Their t-shirts are quite expensive for what they are. Don't take the risk to never be reimbursed if you are disappointed with your purchase.

I received my order on may 19, upon receival I realised 2 out of 4 of the items were not what I order. I message the company, which was very responsive and agree there was a mistake in my order. They ask me what would be my ideal solution to which I respond that I get the item I had ordered. After a lot of exchange, on may 31, we finally decided that I will ship back the wrong item, (pay for the shipping cost, and they will reimbursed me, which was 17.73$. I ask for a return label, they didn't want to provided me one but assure me they will refund the cost of the shipping since it was their mistake.) I went to the post office, ship the 2 t-shirt, include the shipping invoice in the package. I also email them with a picture of the invoice, ask then when they will ship the missing item and when should I expect a refund for the shipping cost. They answer me they would send the item the following monday, june 3rd. I emailed them back right away, asking about the refund of the shipping cost since they didn't answer this part of the email and I received no answer. I've since email them back 3 other times, and no answer. I try contacting them via facebook, and instagram, still no answer. They don't have a phone number to reach them. They received the package tuesday june 4. To this day, I have not received my missing item nor the refund for shipping cost.

Not sure it even deserves one star………
Ordered a specific sweatshirt on the website with help via email. Received the wrong sweatshirt after 2 weeks of waiting !!!!!
Once I reached for them to fix the problem, no more answer. I then reached with a different email, they answered until they figured it was the same issue and again… no more answer !
There is no way I can get the right sweater or my money back …. I’m left with a sweater with a joke I don’t even understand which was suppose to be a birthday gift in June ….

Really learning some lessons about ordering crap from social media ads. My order with Ouate de Phoque has been no exception. I received the wrong sweatshirt and when I reached out about returning it. I was pointed to their Returns and Exchange page. Cliff notes: 14 days to return within date of receipt, unless there is a delivery error no refund. You pay for shipping on exchanges (even if they screw it up). The cost of the sweatshirt was pretty expensive so I was disappointed that it was printed on a generic Gildan sweatshirt. Read the fine print before ordering.
