They sell painted wood. Completely trash.

They look legit but unfortunately they just aren't. They advertise genuine Vietnamese agarwood, but when you end up getting smells like glue. They say they take refunds. I will update if that is so. But I tend to doubt it when they have the audacity to send complete trash. You have been warned. I tried contacting them but they didn't respond.
