I received a fraud alert that this company tried to do a charge on my debit card. I've never heard of them. Now my card is froze and I can't use to for things that I actually need to pay for.
Sadly I should have checked these reviews before I had any dealings with this company.
Their product was nothing like what they were showing on their web page and when I finally arrived late, to be honest, it would have been an embarrassment to even wear what they sent!
I contacted them to return it because it was not what was advertised and I was required to pay the shipping and was then not refunded my purchase price. After the fact I received a bill from fedex, who shipped it to me from their India or Pakistan location, and was required to pay shipping, duty and taxes which was supposed to be covered under their sale agreement.
They told me that they would cover that but after getting months of a runaround from them it was never paid and I wound up having to pay it myself to keep my account from going into arrears with FedEx
I would never deal with this company again, nor recommend anyone else to deal with them as they are not reputable in the say or in their representation of the product that they sell
BUYER BEWARE
Purchased a leather jacket, first class service from the start of the order to the delivery, kept me informed on how my order was progressing. Customer service answered promptly to any questions I had, and the jacket was the same as the image, very pleased.
I have purchased six jackets from Film Jackets over the past year. I was expecting at least two or three out of the six to not be that great of quality but to my surprise all six jackets are amazing! I love them all! Shipping is fast and easy. I couldn't ask for more!
