EXCELLENT PRODUCTS & PRICE POINT

If you want to try this company, but are hesitant because many are saying you may or may not get your items, I have the solution! Oulac recently started selling their products on Temu and Shein. On Temu, I know it's free shipping and I was able to try a Metallic Nude Lipstick 3pack for about $12 + FREE SHIPPING! If you have shopped Temu, you know they back their products. So if there's a problem, you can get a credit in under five minutes. I highly recommend this route, before going through their site. As a matter of fact, if they charge inflated international shipping, I don't know that I would buy this brand any other way. The lipsticks are high quality with excellent pigmentation and staying power. I usually wear lipsticks from MAC, Natasha Denona, Dior, TooFaced and Makeup Forever and this company is just as good as these luxe, high end brands!

What is the point in this company

What is the point in this company? Im so confused, they give away there products and there un contactable!.. paying customers are ignored! And when you do get a response there very rude. Postage is never free so i guess everyone is a paying customer and loose out on money, because if your order doesn’t turn up you wont be getting your money back. If you do get a response weeks later you can expect a very rude, short email thats no help at all. I honestly dont understand what there game is

Wrong address and a missing item

I'm giving two stars only because the lipstick that arrived is good, otherwise I would give it 1 star. I had placed an order about last month, they delivered at wrong address and when they finally sent the order to the right address I only received 1 item instead of 2... I tried to contact them but I didn't receive the missing product.

Terrible service. My order shows delivered to Italy but I live in the UK. Not impressed at all.

Not heard from company and have emailed them twice since receiving notification.

Absolutely shocking customer service…

Absolutely shocking customer service and lack of care. Not one ounce of basic manners during email correspondence and showed no effort in trying to assist with a delivery. WILL NOT BE BACK. Awful.

OULAC! It is as good if not better than DIOR!!!

I purchased a beautiful metallic red lipstick as a "Mother's Day" gift for my "MOTHER IN LAW",...(so it better be good right?), through Amazon by this Brand. I thought it was a great affordable price so I thought I would give it a shot. I received it and OMG!!! The color=beautiful, exactly as pictured, the pigmentation quality=on PAR! It was one stroke and done quality and the staying power was excellent! You HAVE to use an oil or makeup remover to get it off, which is a good thing, plus it did not leave behind a stain on the skin.
SO, I decided to grab a really pretty 3 pack set they have, Well, I waited for several weeks and it just never came, apparently it was misplaced in the mail... so I contacted them and they gave me prompt responses, extra friendly treatment and not only did I NOT know they had included a free gift in my lost shipment to try out but they refunded me my money, sent a whole new set of three and let me choose my own colors for it and included a discount code on checkout since I missed out on that free product they had originally sent to me.
So, I know this review is long but Oulac deserves a huge shout out because they are a "HIGH QUALITY" cosmetics company that needs to be out here more, I mean Guys and Dolls, you have to try their products, you won't be sorry. I can personally guarantee it! It's just too good! Their packaging, colors, variety, formulation and customer service as well as the great price points!!!.... YOU HAVE TO HELP ME SPREAD THE WORD!!!!
