First of all, I would like to thank everyone at Oulsnams, especially Lisa, for pushing to get things completed. Once an offer had been made, Lisa and Lauren really pushed to try and get everything completed. As a teacher, I was hoping to get completion done in the summer holidays but unfortunately due to the first buyer dropping out, it happened in September (the most busiest time). Lisa also arranged for my house to be sold at a good price, above the price advertised. I put the house on the market in March and, at first, there weren’t many viewings. Perhaps open house viewings would have helped with that, which Oulsnams don’t do. Eventually viewings came through. The viewers, quite rightly, wanted to view at weekends and in the bank holiday. This meant that I had to show the viewers around myself. I didn’t mind but I imagine some people may.

I had an exceptional experience with Oulsnams Moseley. All the staff have been great, especially Lauren who was responsive, helpful and professional throughout.

We bought our house through Oulsnam and they were incredibly helpful throughout the process, from viewings to helping us liaise with our sellers. Communication was great and Lisa and her colleagues were always available to answer any questions and pass on correspondence. They were also very calm and reassuring throughout which I appreciated when there was a lot to do towards exchange and completion. Would highly recommend.
