Have now received several fake products from this site which has been reported and confirmed by the original brands.

Dont buy ANYTHING from this site since you most likely get a cheap fake product!!!!!!

Stay away from this site. They took my money and the order transaction failed and they said there is no order from your account.I checked with the bank and they confirmed that they took the money.

The dress looks made of China not a luxury dress , I have receive my dress used, with very stinky smell and without iron.
After 10 mails and calls the out come of the deal is 0, terrible experience, I will never recommend, it is a wast of money and time. Not worthy.

The website had plenty of variety, I didn't like the shipping cost though.. and they don't have alot of discounts nor free bees However overall experience was great.

Items came in a great packaging and the next day delivery. They do take care of shipping the items in excellent condition.

Terrible system of return. Ounass keeps advertising how they can deliver an item in 2 hours, but instead of that, please fix your customer service on exchanges. When you advertise on your website that an item (shoes) should be ordered in our usual size (using your size guide) yet the item is far too small, you should have a system whereas the customer can just have one size larger sent to them asap and take the small one back. Same item, same price, same colour - within your two hours or even same day or even next day. But instead I had to jump over 10,000 hoops to get a human to talk to me only to be told I have to return the shoes WAIT TWO WEEKS for the refund to hit my account, then buy another pair!!!! What an absolute inconvenient way of running an online business! Most inconvenient and most primitive. I have returned the shoes and will not buy any other. With Ounass just buy things you don't have to return, like candles, or lipticks...seems they still have a long way to go in making it more convenient for the customer. Right now, it seems all about convenience to Ounass. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed. Received a damaged item which Ounass refused to return blaming me for the damage.

Was excited for my first order. It came less than two hours from the time I ordered it online. Very disappointed to received my item with only dustbag and I was told that they received the item from gucci with only dustbag! The item that I received also showing stitches imperfection and I have to wait 2-3 days to get the replacement. Not happy at all!!! This is going to be my first and last!!!! Order # POU031209921
