I felt offended and discriminated as my concern was treated differently. I can overcome my frustration over the poor performance of the product that i purchased but when i was treated with such offending manner buy telling me that Oura has this policy that prohibits from having a replacement from which i am entitled, be delivered in the Philippines when in fact, my wife has the same concern and hers was shipped out to the same address. I felt that i am being treated as a fool and i need an answer as to why was i treated differently.

The ring is good and the app is excellent—it’s become an essential part of my health and wellbeing efforts over the last 3 years. However, with such fierce competition, I think their key selling point is customer service. You really can’t beat the level of care Oura offers. Had a great experience as the customer service was truly above and beyond. They were not only helpful to resolve my issue but went above my expectations to remedy the situations, quickly, generously and without a hitch.

I would never purchase from this company. I stored my ring during back to back pregnancies as per their instructions and when my ring finally fit me again (about 2 years later) it would not charge past 1%. Of course my warranty ran out so they will not replace it. I paid a lot of money up front for something that did not last and I am very disappointed. I would never recommend this product to anyone. Also the customer service is all automated and you can’t speak to a person on the phone.
