We were founded in Ottawa, Ontario in 2024 by Chelsea Jambo, after years of being told that debilitating period pain was just part of being a woman. Here is what makes us different: our blends are symptom-based, not phase-based. We did not start with the life stages. We started with the symptoms. The cramping, the bloating, the 3am wake-ups, the mood that turns on you in week four, the heat that arrives uninvited. Then we worked with herbalists to build blends around the herbs traditionally used to support each of those. The stage on the pouch is a signpost, not a rule. If you have the symptom, the blend was made for it. We make four blends. Solace for period cramps, bloating and PMS. Shift for irregular cycles and the transition after hormonal birth control. Harmony for perimenopause. Balance for menopause. Every blend is certified organic, caffeine-free, gluten-free and loose leaf, blended in Ontario. Every ingredient is traceable to the farm it came from. We publish a full guide for each blend covering what every herb does, who it is for, who it is not for, how to time it, how long before you notice anything, and the safety notes most brands leave out. A 65g pouch is about 30 cups, roughly a month of daily tea, at $29 or $11.60 a month on subscription. We ship across Canada and the United States.
