Very professional and provide the good answers to my questions.
James Duncan goes above and beyond
Since Branch was a new I was not certain about how smoothly things would go if I was to get into a car accident or if I need anything. Recently I was involved in a car accident, and Branch took care of the other party and me very fast. Unlike other insurance companies that makes you wait before they call you back, Branch is not like that when I called every time they would answer. I have to brag about James Duncan, he sounds like a sweet, genuine, down to earth type of guy, every time I called with a concern he would find out and get back with me within 20 mins the earliest or end of the day at the latest, the way he made me feel in making certain decisions and walking me through the process is one of the major reasons why I will stick with Branch. I hope don’t get into a car accident again but if I do I hope I get James again!
Initial rate is a trap
I signed up because they were a partner with my mortgage company and had a good reference. The initial rates were great, however, 6 months in my Auto rates went up by 50%. It's now a year and my homeowner policy is tripling and yet another significant increase in my auto policy even though I have never had a claim in my auto or homeowners policy. I will not be staying.

Branch almost triples my premium!
Branch almost triples my premium. I cancelled before the due date they gave me- yet they still took a premium. Now my escrow account is negative and it’s been a month waiting on their “check” to arrive. Impossible to speak to someone who doesn’t lie or give false information. Avoid this company like the plague.

Thank you for superb service during our time of trouble
Good morning,
My name is Tanya Wiseman and my husband's name is James Wiseman. What made our experience great was that we had Ms Suzzie Gilham . She was very comforting to talk to when I felt overwhelmed at times with the events that had occured with always kind words and words of encouragement. I was so troubled about everything and she was really our help for clarity in the process and very knowledgeable. She is truly Godsent and a blessing to my husband , my family and I. Ms. Gilham went above and beyond to make sure all our concerns were met and addressed and for that I am forever grateful for her in guiding us through some pretty tough things. We thank God for sending her our way and thank Branch insurance for having such a great person on their team such as Ms Gilham. Her service is greater than the top star that could be chosen and professionalism has been top tier, cream of the crop as well. Thank you so very much, Ms.Suzzie. May God continue to bless you and yours, the work of your hands and Branch insurance for having such a great person on their team in doing a superb job and job well done.

Bad Insurance Company
Don't waste your time with this so called insurance company! I had an auto policy that almost doubled in price when it was time to renew. I had NO claims. Then I filed a claim for my home. The out of pocket cost they quoted me was RIDICULOUS!

Premium from $2,700 to $8,600.
Home insurance for the same address and the same home in 2022 - $2,700, 2023 - $3,400, renewal for 2024 - $8,600. The website doesn't have the ability for policy cancellation or to cancel auto-renewal. Maybe someone likes such a service? I don't.

I’m honestly shocked that there are any…
I’m honestly shocked that there are any positive reviews for this company. From start to finish it was a nightmare dealing with them and their unethical practice. When I made my claim, my adjuster was M.I.A throughout the 3 month ordeal. I explained I was having a baby in a month and I would do everything I can to expedite the process. When he sent a field adjuster out two weeks after the water mitigation, my floors had been pulled up by the mitigation and plumbing company due to water damage and mold, along with various walls torn away and a bathroom gutted. The adjuster said he saw no damage to the floors bc there were no floors to be seen, since they were pulled up by the mitigation company, so they weren’t going to pay for the repairs. When I provided pictures of the damaged floors prior to the mitigation, he changed his tune and wrote up a quote for $14k for all repairs ($14k for walls, floors, a bathroom, and laundry room), stating that my floors were vinyl and gave me an allowance $1.5 per sqft. My floors are actually wood and my baseboards are custom in my dining room and living room. When he requested quotes from contractors, I provided 2 from different companies that were referred to me by the mitigation company. The quotes were for $60k and $50k. After providing these quotes a month went by and I never heard anything. I was nine months pregnant and and my house was torn up, the adjuster new my timeline and I feel used it as a tactic to get me to cave. After never hearing from my adjuster again, I spoke with his manager who said they would pay me $27k for repairs if I used one of their preferred contractors, the $27k did not include enough to replace my wood floors with similar material or baseboards. I was so desperate I agreed. Their contractor came in and did terrible work. They were supposed drywall my laundry room, but they moved the washer/dryer against the wall hiding the unfinished work, my vinyl floors are popping up after a year, they painted blue under my white cabinets and in some areas left the wood raw with no paint at all, the shoe boards are all starting to split away from the walls. The baseboards don’t meet in the corners of the rooms.I looked under my sink and the did not patch up the wall, so I can see into my garage. The texturing of my drywall does not match and looks like patches on my walls. Branch split my claim into 2 claims so I paid $11k out of pocket and the process took around 3months. Stay as far away from branch as possible! They’re unethical crooks.
