I ordered a few things from this company and I'm really pleased. The customer service is just 2nd to none. I had some queries and they were answered right away, I think I waited all of 3 minutes lol. Unfortunately they were unable to post to where I live, Northern Ireland, and I understand why but this didn't put me off, I had it delivered to my son who then posted it to me. Although this cost a bit of time it was still here pretty quick and I was in no hurry anyway. The wait was worth it, the items were perfect, very well packaged and I will definitely be ordering again.

Above and beyond! I ran out of my macrame cotton and saw it was out of stock. Had a very reassuring reply to my email from Emma saying she had more stock in a lock up unit. She went and collected more stock in dreadful weather conditions and let me know it was back in stock on the website within a couple of hours.
