If I could rate a zero I would. Don’t waste your time. Approved for an unsecured personal loan at 11.95% then advised “oh! Sorry this should have been secured!” Spoke to some broker who then offered $55,000 unsecured at an interest rate of 18.95%, a broker fee of $2,000 and an application fee of $695. Have made a complaint via their preferred channel and have heard nothing. Just go to a reputable place and not these loan sharks.

I had high hopes when I applied for a personal loan and sent through the final paperwork on January 13, but I’ve been left feeling deeply frustrated and disappointed.

During that waiting period, I was without a car, which made it incredibly challenging to manage my daily responsibilities, especially with two young kids to care for. I was drawn by their promise of fast approval and a seamless process, but my experience has felt anything but that.

On the morning of the 21st Jan, I went to pick up my new car, only to be informed that no funds had been received by the dealer. The stress of navigating transportation issues with young children has been overwhelming, and then to face another two days without a vehicle. This situation is simply unacceptable.

I reached out after the dealer denied access to our new car requesting an expedited settlement, or else I would need to reconsider my options with another finance provider. It’s disheartening that it took this threat for you to respond within an hour.
