This is a scam I order necklace and bracelet in Oct of this year still nothing, plus they sent me a tracking number that's out of China that says in transit,but at the same time I get a email saying item out of stock,so if it's out of stock what's in transit,in the commercial now I see that show the jewlery but never say the name of the company SCAM

Disappointing customer service — order never received. Scam! Do not purchase with this company.

I placed order #27123 on August 23, 2026, The tracking information marked my package as delivered on September 7 in Honolulu, but I never received my necklace.

I’ve reached out to OURO multiple times trying to resolve this issue and have not received a response. I also submitted a complaint through Shopify, which confirmed that my message was forwarded to the merchant. Unfortunately, I’m still waiting for a resolution.

I understand that shipping issues can happen, but customers deserve communication and help when an order is missing. Based on my experience, I’m disappointed with the lack of customer service and would hesitate to order again.

I ordered a crucifix necklace for my daughter and still have not received it over a month later. I paid for rush shipping and have emailed the company multiple times. I received a foreign tracking number and the item is still in China a month later. They didn't disclose that they were not a domestic company.

This Company is running a SCAM, I just received my chain and cross today and it's nothing like what they advertised on Facebook, a complete waste of my money and it shipped form China which again is false advertisement.Buyer beware!!

This company is fraudulent there is no 14kt stamp on their rope chain and the chain the guy is showing and advertising on Facebook isn't what they send you in the mail if you order one thumbs down!
