Incredible Engagement Ring
I reached out on Jan 21st about inquiring if their Emerald Half Bezel Set Baguette Diamond Engagement Ring could be made with a thicker band. Vijay responded immediately and on the same day I received a quote with the customization.
Each time, he responded very quickly to my questions and alterations. I was also kept up to date on every step including CAD designs, video of the gem, IGI report, polishing stages, and a final video.
I had concerns about the ring from the final video and they very quickly provided additional hi-res photos. My concerns just ended up being a weird rendering from the video. It was wonderful how graciously they took my concerns.
On March 4th, I received the ring securely packaged. It is beautiful and looks exactly the way I wanted it. Thank you so much to Vijay and the amazing team at Ouros!

2 pairs of studs - amazing earrings!
I ordered 2 pairs of studs and received them on time. The process was smooth and Aman did a great job keeping me updated throughout. He even made sure I received them by a certain date before going on vacation.
Love the earrings.... brilliant sparkle. They are heavy and solid.
Love the purchase and am thinking of getting another pair.
