I am currently using the magnesium, biotin and CBD oil (moon swings) and I am loving them all! The magnesium has drastically improved my sleep and my heavy periods, the biotin is helping my skin feel fresh and also supporting my energy and the CBD is doing a lovely job of calming down my sometimes really intense PMS symptoms. I think I've found a magical combination that I will be sticking to!

I started using the ashgwanda and magnesium capsules in December, the magnesium capsules have definitely helped with my monthly cycle, I'm usually bed bound for a day with period cramps, but since taking the magnesium my cramps have been mild and I've not had to take a day off work ! My constant tiredness has also drastically improved, not sure if the ashgwanda or magnesium is to thanks for that or maybe a combination of them both. Great value for money compared to other brands, and dosnt have the capsules don't have that horrible chalky feeling like some other brands I've tried

Really good company, I first bought the CBD last year through another site but they stop supplying there, so I found their website direct. I love their tea and I've just bought the CBD for sleep which is wonderful and doing its job!

Brought a subscription of Magnesium & Ashwagandha vitamins, haven't been using them long enough to notice a difference yet, but very quick delivery and very helpful ladies.

After suffering from anxiety and disrupted sleep for years, I bought magnesium and ashwagandha from Our Remedy. I had previously purchased the CBD oil to help with my period pains and it had worked a treat, so wanted to give the supplements a try.
When I received my order, I loved the creative packaging and the fact it was fully recyclable. The supplements were easy to take and began to feel the positive effects after about a week of taking them everyday. My anxiety has reduced and I am having more restful nights sleep! Really recommend.
