Faulty water system repair

I called Our taap to report a fault with my machine. The lady I spoke to was most helpful and booked an engineer to attend within 2 days.
Adam the engineer attended. He was on time as stated, friendly, polite and very professional. No issue was too much bother for him. He knows the water systems very well. Adam is most definitely a credit to the company. Thank you Adam for all your help.

thank you for the engineer named Charlie, very professional communicates very well. he is good of what he does. i stronly recommend him to be recognize with the good job he does. Well done Charlie! also thanks for the lady that book the appointment and the the gentlemen that book an earlier appointment you are all a star! Love my water dispencer and will also recomend to family and friends.

Charlie did an excellent job

Charlie did an excellent job. Not only did he carry out thorough repair to my T7 waterbar, but showed me a couple of really useful settings I was unaware of. He also demonstrated excellent customer service skills, was polite, friendly, helpful and very respectful to me and in my home.

Good machine, but poor customer service

The water filter machine itself is excellent, and I have been very happy with the product. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the company’s customer service, which has been among the worst I have experienced.

There appear to be multiple points of contact within TAAP, but communication between them seems very poor, resulting in conflicting information and considerable frustration.

My advice would be this: if you never need to contact customer service or make any changes to your contract, you will probably be very pleased with the machine. However, if you do require assistance, be prepared for a difficult and disappointing experience.

10 Star Service from OurTaap

We have had a Virgin Water machine for over 15 years. We decided to upgrade to a new machine by our taap as they took over from Virgin a few years ago and we have had faultless service since. We love it. The water machines are far more ergonomic and designer looking today. We chose a black modern machine and it works faultlessly and is a great addition in style but especially in providing Bacteria free and great clean tasting water. We have boiling hot water for and Ice cold water for any cup size including full bottles at a touch of the buttons. I reckon we pay approx about 10p per 2 litre bottle of clean refreshing water. We have saved over last week alone 30 bottles of 2 litre water from going to the tip and Times that by 50 weeks on average per year = 1500 which means over the full 15 years of having a supply of water through Our taap and Virgin means that we have saved over 22,000 bottles of empty plastic 2 litre bottles being taken to the tip and that is just one family. From booking an installation to fitting was just 7 days. We were informed in every stage and Paul our Water machine engineer telephoned on the day of fitting to give us a installation time and he came to fit it early afternoon. Took about an hour and we have lovely clear fresh tasting water with no additives or off putting taste. On paying the monthly instalment it works out less than 80p a day and includes Fitting, Uv lamps, All filters and Engineer call outs and Guaranteed Fresh water for the life of the machine. I cant award Paul 5 stars as his help and personal service together with Our taap was 10 STARS. He even cleaned up after instalation and took away all the packaging. A Fabulous experience and we are helping the planet too by saving Millions and Millions of plastic bottles going to Landfill. Thank you Paul and Our Taap. We love it. Thanks gor the Top A1 Service. Emanuel was on time although did get a…

Emanuel was on time although did get a bit lost on the new estate, He was very polite and efficiently installed our new water machine. During our conversation we worked out that he would be back in 3 days to collect our old machine so he took it today. Maybe better logistics on the planning team.
