I have a problem with my printer and rather than James just saying I can't do it. He spent the time telling me what the issue was, warned me that the repair might cost more than a new printer (which I thought having had experience of printer repairs before) and gave me advice for further queries for quotes. Honest advice and with no financial gain to James.

I was panicking two days ago. An email arrived with an important attachment but I couldn't open it as I was having trouble with Adobe. I phoned James at OurTech who talked me through a solution and all was well. James is always able to sort IT problems out and he's very patient. It's really good to know there's someone out there who can sort out any IT mess.
