Stop debiting my account! Yall are ducking debiting me every 2 weeks for content I did not subscribe to! I keep on asking your chat bot to unsubscribe me and I don't get such. I constantly have to go to the bank to get this resolved! Stop this fraudulent activity!

I gave my bank card . I subscribed for a few days, free. Then the same day I cancelled my subscription. But now I see that they charged me 55 €. I hate this kind of practice.

I recently had to cancel a subscription and I was pleasantly surprised with the calmness and professionalism that I was afforded by the consultant, Charlotte
She went through my concerns and addressed it wholly to my satisfaction, it was a refreshing experience

The company charged me an annual fee and I don't remember joining so I contacted their chat line and Nora said she would help me cancel it

The company is good there’s no problem I just mistaken to make account I realize I don’t needed. I canceled my account cause keep track my bank and monthly deduct my payment event I don’t use..

Trying to buy a car park ticket using an app. Somehow I signed up for this. They will not tell me what I signed up for or give any sort of refund. I am trying to get my bank to make sure no further payments get taken by them. This is not a trustworthy site.

I like another reviewer was hurrying trying to download a parking app and thought that the pop up was part of the app only to find that money was the taken from my credit card a few days later. Credit card company informed me there was fraudulent movement on my account so card has been cancelled. Surely this is a scam,do not use!

My husband was trying to download the Uber app and mistakenly made a EUR 1 payment to this site thinking he was paying Uber. Ouryougaloves.com enrolled me in a membership and charged me EUR 47. When contacted they quoted their T & Cs which are illegal as they reject refunds even during the legal cooling off period. After much insistence and time wasted I was promised a refund on condition I would give a good review on Trust pilot. The refund was never made and I contacted them again and this time they promised a further refund of EUR 6.95 which they charged my card after cancelling the service. To date I await the refunds. When contacted about the EUR 47 refund the company said first they had to wait for the refund of EUR 6.95 to go through. This site is a scam. Do not use
