Oushk are second to absolutely none out there. Absolutely excellent Customer Service and I was a customer complaints Manager. They work all hours and are directly involved with their patients on a level I have not seen before. They offer a choice of deliveries, the ability to select your own delivery day. Do articles blogs, live videos. So much service. I will not be going anywhere else.

I reviewed before, but just had to give another 5 star, for yet another flawless processing and delivery from Oushk and DPD. It is very helpful that I can choose my day of delivery to suit my diary, and DPD reliably deliver within the 1-hour slot they advise on the morning of the delivery day. Today, my ice block in the Puffin packaging was still frozen solidly, thus keeping my medication in mint condition.

I had requested a personal video consultation before placing this order, as I wanted professional advice due to a slight change in my personal circumstances. All my questions were answered satisfactorily by the prescriber, and I was given some very useful extra nutrition tips. I am delighted with the personal service Oushk provide to their customers, it is second to none 🙂

I moved to Oushk Pharmacy after hearing positive feedback from others on social media. I have been on a weightloss journey for the past 16 weeks. I am now reaching goal weight and I wanted a pharmacy I could trust to support me and that wouldn't just drop me when I needed them the most. I am so glad I found Oushk, they have a Facebook support group which both Hira and Bilal manage and respond to questions , which feels reassuring and helps decrease anxieties around my weightloss journey. The website is easy to use and you can book consultations too, if you need a more in depth chat. I defintely feel that Oushk consider my needs as an individual, rather than just generic responses which makes me feel more than just a number to them.

It is evident how passionate Oushk Pharmacy are about educating people around weightloss and their maintenance plans are so clearly based around making long term life style change, it's not just about medications. I certainly will be staying with them for the rest of my journey and beyond.

Being able to choose my delivery day is a huge bonus , as I work full time so I never have time miss a delivery!

I have been a costumer of Oushk pharmacy for the past 4 months.During this time I have received alot of support in my journey and personally can't praise them enough for their costumer service and how reachable and transparent they are at all times. If you looking for a Pharmacy with heart OUSHK is certainly THE ONE.

It has recently became clear that their recent claims around new marketing activity, made in their dedicated support group, are misleading (at best).

There is a serious issue with a lack of transparency regarding incentives they are paying to TikTok influencers. These influencers are also within the support group and attempt to shut down anybody criticising the approach, without admitting they are a paid influencer working with Oushk.

Oushk also failed to always match promotions/offers for loyal customers until being called out (two occasions within days of each other) leaving me feeling misled and undervalued.

Oushk are increasingly prioritising partnerships with TikTok influencers over long-standing customers. It feels like the company is shifting its focus to social media trends and flash-in-the-pan influencer deals, rather than the customer base that had supported them for so long.

This kind of behavior undermines trust and loyalty. It’s disappointing to see a Oushk abandon its core customers in favor of chasing the latest online hype.

If you're looking for a supplier that values integrity, transparency, and long-term customer relationships, I would advise looking elsewhere.

Broken Trust! Not a fan of referrals and this company was not open about content creator codes or discounts, until it came to light via a content creator. Not a great customer experience now and the trust is gone.

Started journey with Oushk choosing them due to care, trust, non referrals model, transparency and preferred USP of the business.
Unfortunately, the recent revelation around their marketing practices has put me off continuing with them as my preferred provider.

Another great delivery from Oushk via DPD. My medication was delivered on time, full tracking, and the package still chilled. Easy to order online and good value for excellent service. Thank you!

Friendly supportive pharmacy. Not the cheapest but the personal touch outweighs the higher price. So glad I switched providers for my weight loss journey.

This my fourth provider for Mounjaro. My reason for turning to Oushk is that they clearly reference maintenance on their website. As someone who has successfully lost (and then regained) 6-10 stones 4 times in my life, I know I will need help once I get to goal. The order process for straightforward, approval within the 24-48hours quoted and delivery within 24 hours of approval. Happy to have made the switch.

This is a brilliant company. I have just changed to them for my mounjaro injections and feel totally supported. Very professional and yet personal service.
