Definitely scam. Same experience as everyone here

I agree with everyone here. I filed a refund request and complaint with PayPal and reported the phishing emails as they were all repetitive and in super bad English. I thought I bought my telescope luxury package from Canada but it was shipped from China. There was no tripod or phone clip, the rest was identical experience with many who have reviewed here. My complaint with PayPal wasn’t going anywhere apart from being asked to supply more documents. I nearly paid to return the thing except the post office rejected anything going overseas yesterday because of pandemic delays. After stumbling on trustpilot today and read all the reviews by people who bought exactly the same package as I did and have experienced the same, I am not going to waste my time and money trying again to send it back, knowing I won’t be able to retrieve my money. It is a fake company, pure scam.

This is a complete scam

This is a complete scam. You order a 40 mm monocular and they send you a 25 mm monocular and will not admit or fix their mistake. They will only credit you for a return if you pay $20 to send it back to China (even though they said it was made in and shipped from California). I am trying to get my credit card company to reverse charges. I have flagged their ads on FaceBook as a scam. I am contacting Amazon Web Services to try to get their webpages shut down since AWS hosts them. I'll also be contacting the Federal Trade Commission since the Better Business Bureau thinks they are out of business.

It’s a pure scam site. I bought a telescope seeing advertisement on Facebook. Seeing PayPal payment option I thought it is genuine. It is biggest scam of my life and they delivered a piece of s*it. PayPal turned out to be helping these scammers as my case against this transaction is denied without a reason. Got duped but learned lesson not to trust PayPal, yes, PayPal

Do NOT waste your money.

Only sent part of what was ordered. Will not send replacements. Will not send a return label and return instructions. They keep offering discounts instead of allowing me to return the junk they sent. I had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back.

THIS IS A FRAUD SITE!

This is a fake site!!! I ordered a mononokular from an ad on Facebook. The money was drawn immediately, I got an acknowledgement that my order was in proces. In the same mail when I clicked on Order Status an "Page can't be found" message came up. I wrote a mail to their contact address, and it was returned as non-deliverable. THIS IS A FRAUD SITE!

Weeks of emails to try and get the phone clip and tripod but they just ignore my statements about shipping me the parts. They keep saying they will give a discount. Flippin rip off. Emails from 6 different people?

MINUS that’s right -10 Stars

MINUS that’s right -10 Stars
You cannot give a review with out giving a star.

As with other buyers I received the wrong product but was sent a basic monocular not the Luxury monocular that I paid for.

They will pay a refund when the item is returned but they refuse to pay the cost themselves for sending the WRONG ITEM.
The cheapest return I’ve found is £29. For a product costing £50
The returning conditions are, If the product gets damaged or gets lost, during the returned delivery, they take money off or won’t pay.
Plus if you have proof that it’s been returned you might have to remind them that they have not sent your refund.

Not once have they said they’ll replace the wrong product with the correct product, so 2 things are obvious
1/ they never had the product to sell in the first place
2/ there’s very little chance that the returned goods will really reach them. ( then they will scam another customer using the returned monocular).

I’ve tried to buy non Chinese goods. I've paid in US Dollars from companies registered online in USA but when the goods arrive they are Chinese knockoffs.

It shouldn’t be allowed that these scamming companies advertise on FBook and Messenger. Please stay away !!!

SCAM ARTISTS

Everything you read on these negative reviews are true.
I ordered mine long before most of these reviews and have now experienced the exact disappointment.
I used PayPal because of the lack of review and they are still playing us about.
What you get is a scope that you can order on wish for a max of £5 - £10 and is what you asked for.
If used very finely, you can get a good image.
But it does not extend as far as it claims.
It does not feed clear images of the moon as well as claimed.
It does not come with phone clip.
It doesn't even work with the phones.
It does not come with a tri pod.
All you will guarantee is a heavy metal telescope with rubber lens covers and a lint cloth, in a weaved case that has no strap.

BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ IN THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Company is a complete waste of time

Company is a complete waste of time. The order I placed only arrived AFTER I complained and asked to cancel the order. The company address o their website is actually a textile wholesaler in the UK. All the correspondents that I had with them came from and with Chinese names and also had Chinese text in it. After receiving the order, it was nothing like what they showed and the order was not complete. Their website says that they will provide a full refund if items dont meet you expectations. Best they would offer me was 25 percent. STAY AWAY!

I have bought a 4K 10-300X telescope with tripod and phone-clip so I could film with ultra zoom.
The telescope arrived without the phone-clip and tripod and is thus just a low quality telescope witch is usles and not the product I ordered and payed for.
The refuse to send the phone-clip and tripod and refuse to refund my money.
This is obviously a scam. Don't buy anything with them

Ousykt items/PayPal.

I purchased my 4K 0-300x40 mm superphoto zoom monocular telescope from this company, & waited 6 weeks for it to arrive, but when it did, I was very disappointed, as it was not as advertised. No tripod & no smartphone clip either. The telescope was of very poor quality. I have seen many toy telescopes being of much better quality. I have asked for a refund, but keep being asked to send photo's of the item.It looks like I will not get my money back & I have now passed all details of this company to trading standards & the police for how they scam the customers. Have also contacted PayPal & resolver about this. This has put me off buying on line forever. This company needs prosecuting. I would not give this company any stars if able to. Message to future buyers, always check to see if they are a legitimate company before making any purchases. After I made my purchase, I discovered it was a scam. Do not get fooled by these companies. This company uses many different email addresses so beware. Just a quick update about PayPal Resolver Centre. They said they would help, but closed my case telling me I have lost my case & no chance of appeal. PayPal are just as bad as these scammers. Customers beware, if you have a problem after using PayPal, you may never get your money back.

Scammers beware make no order

Scammers beware make no order! I ordered a telescope with zoom and got something that barely resembled a telescope which lacked the zoom function. Pure crap is what it is. A reminder - do not order anything from these scammers.

I ordered the 4K 10-300X40mm super…

UPDATE: I ordered the 4K 10-300X40mm super telephoto zoom monocular telescope for $59.95 on August 22. The product I received on September 23 did not resemble in any way the product that was advertised. It's a simple 12-power monocular good for basic bird watching etc. Amazon has the exact same model [identical markings, color etc.] for $9.99, although other models with the same specs are listed at multiples of that price. I asked for a refund and was told to send photos of the item and packaging. I did that and also sent photos of the item listed on Amazon. I was offered a $39 [about 65 percent] refund and was told to keep the lower-quality monocular. Surprisingly, the company made good on the refund. Since I was adamant about sending the monocular back and asked for the return address, the company's decision basically saved me the $20 or so return expense, plus the hassle. The cheaper monocular is actually well-made and quite solid. I'll find a use for it or regift it at an annual pool party I hold that includes door prizes. BOTTOM LINE: I am out about $10 and learned a valuable lesson, that being if a company has no track record of delivering the goods, stay away, no matter how slick the website.
