My printer problem was resolved.

Professional help quickly and professional
The response was very Quick and professional. The Sam the technician on the other side asked the right question and went to work as soon as understood. I gave controle over my computer and Sam took over and went to work. He checked every option to resolve my problem and succeeded after a little time and patience from my side. Great that i can have great service in the Netherlands from where ever he was stationed. Fantastic
