Purchased a Seiko watch from Outdoor Equipped Amazon store and was sent a used, broken counterfeit Cartier watch in a “sealed” Seiko watch box. I submitted a claim with Amazon and after looking at their seller feedback seller reviews I see I am not the only one this has happened to. Outdoor Equipped is trying to deny any wrongdoing but they are the ones who supply Amazon with inventory and I find it hard to believe their fulfillment center has a serial switcher who targets their inventory. Absolute scam of a business!

I ORDERED AN ITEM THAT WAS SHIPPED VIA FEDEX. FEDEX LOST THE PACKAGE, BUT OUDOOR EQUIPPED REFUSES TO ISSUE A REFUND.

Absolute S*ithole of a company. Bought a pair of $250 boots from them and tried to warranty them as the boots where falling apart and they said they where a few days past the one year warranty and they couldn't do anything. They didn't offer to do anything and basically told me to pound sand. Lots of retailers out there, I suggest buying from someplace else!

Great presence when you go to site right away awesome detail and color. Easy access to search for what your heart desires w big enough lettering. Has wide range of product available for men and woman and will most definitely be back to search again in the future when I need new outdoor gear.

They have a 1-year return policy as long as the item that is returned is in good condition, unused, and with tags attached to the product.This is really amazing and their customer service is on point.Thank you outdoor equipped.

Great store with an awesome and easy to navigate website to match! I was able to shop around for different items easily and when I called the store to ask about return policies, Ruby was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am excited to receive my adidas biking shoe from them soon! I am glad I don't have to be worried about ordering shoes without trying them on first thanks to their super simple return policy and awesome customer service.
