Mr Mark Webster... you need to cough up the entry fees you owe. A lot of people are a little ticked off with you right now. Do the right thing and repay what you've conned out if us. Our paths may well cross one day in the future!!!

I wouldn't even rate this a 1 star!!! DO NOT book anything with this company, they will take your money and then cancel events like they did with me. Still no refund. AVIOD!!!!!!

The owner of this company also owned Pure Challenge. They cancelled my long distance walk with less Ryan 24 hours notice. He said they had ceased trading but they did not go into administration. Seems like he has just changed the name. Do not use this company you will lose your money.

Book a holiday with this company at your peril!

The directors are also directors of Pure Challenge. A company which took money for various long distance events which never happened as the company mysteriously ceased trading before the events took place.

Pure Challenge is still listed as active with companies House but no refunds have been issued.

So folks... DON'T DO IT!!!!

The owner has a history of taking money for events then cancelling them.

Cancelled our event. Didn't have the decency to even email us and let us know, haven't received 1 penny of our money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid this company like the plague they were part of pure challenge and took over £500 of my money they knew I was raising money in memory of my son but carried on taking money knowing the even would be cancelled and now I’m left with having to fight to get my money back... it seems mark sets up companies in different names, DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!!!

DO NOT TOUCH this company. They have previously operated as Pure Challenge, who took money from hundreds of people for charitable events that did not go ahead. There are numerous complaints logded with Paypal, ombudsman, trading standards, fraud squad etc. Have a look for Pure Challenge online and you will see the extent of their underhand activities.

Bogus company. Cancelled event less than 24hours notice. Apparently went into administration! Refund please !!!!!

Deserves zero stars! Outdoor Escape is run by the director of Pure Challenge Ltd - a company that supposedly went into administration on 6th April 2018. Some customers were notified by email the day before they were due to take part in a challenge in Scotland. Others still haven't been notified. As far as Companies House and the Insolvency Service are concerned, Pure Challenge is still an active company yet their website states that they have 'ceased trading'. The website for Outdoor Escape Holidays appeared that same day. A quick google search shows that the director has been involved with numerous companies over the past few years - many of which have 'failed'. There are many other reputable companies out there but this is not one of them. Do not book!

Less than a month after their previous company Pure Challenge went into administration (but never did - lies told to trusting customers on the eve of an event organised by them, taking thousands of pounds on entry fees) they set up this company.
Shocking.
Do not put even a penny towards anything organised by this 'company'
Dishonest, fraudulent, deceitful.
Do not lose money like we did!!

Please can I have a refund of £140 for the event that you cancelled with less than 24 hours notice?
You cannot be trusted with setting up an outdoor event. Those that you do manage to do are unsafe. Those that you don’t manage to do leave customers fleeced!

If there was an option for less than one star I would give it!! DO NOT use this company!!! Outdoor Escape is run by the same people that ran Pure Challenge, a company that took hundreds of thousands of pounds from people for events that never happened. Total scammers, just Google Pure Challenge or check out companies House to see the directors of this new company

This company should not exist, it has been funded by the people who were defrauded of their hard earned money by this bunch of shysters previous company called Pure Challenge. Under no circumstances use this company, these holidays will not take place.

Do not use this company. They are the previous owners of pure challenge who have taken thousands of people’s money for walking/running challenges and gone into administration. They took people’s money knowing they were going into administration.
