The selection of fountains was extraordinary; so hard to decide
The staff was very helpful, answering all of my questions and providing literature on installation and supplies.
I couldn't have been happier with the customer service. And the quality of the fountain was wonderful and it arrived packed very securely. It looks absolutely beautiful on our backyard deck. Thank you for your five star service and product.

We paid this company to build an outdoor fountain and ship it to us - that's what they do. They have a nice website, but it is all deceiving and untrue. They promised they would have it delivered in four weeks, we paid for the fountain in full and as soon as they received our money, we get an email saying they are experiencing " employee shortages" delivery is now 4-6 weeks . Six weeks came and went then they gave us another extended delivery date, that date came and went and they pushed the date out again. Now we are upset since we are trying to coordinate a company to pour a cement pad for us and we had to keep canceling on them. We gave them a final deadline, but they did not meet it so we canceled our order after eight weeks of excuses. Then they finally said that all they are is a third-party company that doesn't actually build the fountains, the company that builds them is back logged and unable to tell us exactly when they will ship our fountain. Outdoor Fountain Pro's web site leads you to believe that they make the fountains, which they absolutely do not. Do not use this company. We did receive our refund but they charged us to refund our money after they defaulted on the contract. Shame on you Outdoor Fountain Pro's. They are located in Utah .
