I missed my delivery great service,great products,was too late to…
I missed my delivery,was too late to collect from the post office.
I got in touch with Outdoor Provisions,they sent out the products to me.
No hassle at all.
Love the nut butters,just reordered them. I’ve also ordered the bars to try,good value

Slow to respond but got there in the end
Not a great customer experience for me and the team did their best to resolve after some emails.
Snacks are awesome and I'll update again after my next order, would be unfair to judge on a few teething issues.

Hello Richard. It looks like your package was delivered on the 26th? It’s tracked and there’s an image of it in your letter box - I’ll forward it to you now. Can you confirm? The 24th and 25h were both Royal Mail strike days, so service was slower than usual.
I do think we’ve let you down with communications though - I’ve found a reply from you in our spam folder and the live chat conversations from Thursday and Friday slipped the net. Apologies for that. We’re usually very quick to respond between the 3 of us.

Love their peanut butter sachets
Love their peanut butter sachets. Always carry one or two when trail running (lightweight for the calories!, tasty) and have a stash in my gym bag - can be a welcome energy boost mid-way though or right at end of a gym session. This is my second batch of them... a winner in my book.
Outdoor Provisions themselves has some great products, and their site is very user friendly with quick delivery (and well packaged sachets!)

Dried food and nut butter

Ordered the bar, pouches and jar of nut butter. Top tip, pop the pouches in the freezer then snip the top off and squeeze them out for a solid bar!
