Phoned looking for postage
Ordered a kayak online with them. Payed in full with free postage. Then they phoned a day or two later and looked for 75€ postage. Telling me something about the terms and conditions. I phoned the ccpc.ie for advice and I was told all expenses should be displayed on final payment. Long story short they returned my money which I did not want, I wanted the kayak. They were not very nice on the phone. Would advise to stay clear of them. The deliver charge was Not in the final bill I paid. Why would they phone and look for the delivery charge if it was in the final payment at checkout?

The delivery charges were detailed in the description. We charge for delivery for bulky goods like this. We have since rectified our checkout system identifying bulky good that carry a delivery fee so this error does not happen again.

Bought ladies jacket online yesterday
Bought ladies jacket online yesterday, delivered today. Brilliant, so quick. Jacket perfect fit as per Colombia size chart. This is not a dodgey shop, they require ID and Garda check if u r buying ammunition etc, naturally enough.

This store is suspicious. They require me to show them my photo ID to buy stuffs online. Can be id scam. Be careful
The customer service are bad and rude. They won’t notify you if your order got cancelled. You only find out when you have not recieved your order after 2 weeks when u contact them yourself. It’s takes them 2 days to get back to you.

Prior to 3D scure for online payments we did ask for proof of identity to prevent fraud for non Irish transactions. Thankfully this is no longer an issue.
