This is the second time that I've used this company.
I have to say that they are a first class company to buy from.
Communication is of there highest priority, always informing you along the way right up to the delivery.
I'll be going back and back to buy from as I have great trust and faith in them.

Purchased some North Face baggage from the site. Was slightly concerned as I had not heard of the website before but got confirmation and tracker for product immediately. Excellent service would definately use again !

There was an error on the website, hence the 4 star review. But this was quickly resolved and my email query responded to very quickly.
Great customer service. Very pleased with the product that was accurately described.

Very pleased with my purchase, the coat is lightweight and waterproof in the heaviest of downpours. I ordered a M/L as I normally wear a size 12 it's a bit on the large side but not a problem as I will be able to wear a jacket or thick jumper underneath. Good service and a very specific time for delivery.

Prompt service

Quality product, very good fabric- cosy. Be aware the cut is longer than most hoodies, maybe it's an American thing.

Their website doesn't even give their address in the Contact Us so I don't trust them and definitely won't be buying from them. Putting your address on the site is actually a legal requirement aswell.

I originally ordered boots which were found to be out of stock. i was contacted immediately and offered a full refund or choice to make another selection. The boots I selected were in stock and were dispatched to me straight away.

Generally Service very good with ease of website and goods arrived extremely well packed.

However on trying to pick up the goods at the drop off point, Keya News in Market Harborough I was told I needed the bar code that was emailed to me. I had taken the trouble of looking for something like this but could not find one but was able to claim the goods on producing my Driving License and a Bank Card. I have looked at emails from the suppier Etrias and can still not find a bar code.
