Great wellies, comfortable and warm, shame to take them off, so sometimes I'm in them all day.The great thing also is they are to long for my grandson who loves walking around in my wellies, (he's two) great product, and great service.Thank you.

Service was excellent. I hadn't heard of outdoor supply or etrias so I was mildly nervous, but they had the coat my wife wanted for her birthday, cheaper than anywhere else, and it came in two days.

Good: Great prices and selection. Effortless and efficient refund procedure. Responsive customer service.
Bad: Dispatch time is very slow.

was not sure about the store at first because it was not a known company to me but with a fast internet search the reviews confirmed that they where legit and have a lot of happy customers cheaper than loads of other stores. only thing to know is that they are biased in mainland Europe so the postage process isn't the fastest but you do get tracking numbers for peace of mind .
i asked customer service about my package and they looked into it for me straight away.
i will use them before other stores for now on. : )

great jacket. very high quality and smart design for these mad colourful days. the sizing is correct. the functionality is in line what I need for skiing. if there is anything to mention as a "to be improved", then it is that the outside and inside pockets are on the same side-you put there mobile in one pocket, wallet in other pocket and your left part of chest becomes very big :-)

I’m not giving 5 stars just because we had some problems with the delivery! But even though it took approx a month for the item to arrive and some changes to the delivery address, the customer service has been incredibly supportive, patient and super helpful! The Patagonia backpack itself is amazing, practical, sustainable and of great quality!

After much online searching I found Etias (Outdoor Supply) who had the ideal folding picnic chair much better than I could find elsewhere. Received my delivery just 3 days after ordering, excellent.
The chairs I found to be superb and of a very high quality. Unfortunately I didn't like the colour, so I arranged for their return and reordered a much preferred colour.

I purchased my Pacsafe travel bag on a Wednesday and it was with me by the following Monday. Such an easy purchasing process, and the product itself is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Super quick delivery and excellent service when I had to return. Return was outside their normal advertised allowable times but due to the Christmas holidays they extended this without quibble. This return was purely due to my niece having selected the incorrect specification of ski goggles so very pleased when they were so accommodating.
