Poor instructions
The gel blaster i ordered arrived promptly, with instructions.
The instructions however were not very thorough and had no information on how to attach the front sight. This and the almost eligible script on the 1 sided paper instructions/illustrations was very hard to read.

Great jacket, but product info could be clearer
Got a jacket from these guys - it’s a brilliant jacket, the only thing is I didn’t realise it was an oilskin when I bought it. The product information wasn’t so clear, it mentioned DriTec fabric but I didn’t know that was the brand’s oilskin fabric. Doesn’t really matter, I’m very happy with the jacket, I just need to look up how to care for oilskin

The package came on time. It is surprising that the whole package is clean. I am used to orders coming in dust or even worse, but the box came clean. The contents of the box was pristine.

Excellent customer service, genuine product and fast delivery
Placed an order for 4 pairs of thongs one evening and the next morning I received a call to advise they only had 3 pairs in the style I required but could supply the same colour in the same brand just slightly different. They were dispatched within 20 minutes of the call and received by mail 3 days later.
Excellent customer service, genuine product and prompt delivery - would definitely order from them again.
