Ordering was absolutely fine, website easy to navigate, really happy with the product.
The downside was delivery, I understood I would get next day delivery by ordering earlier the day before - which I did. My order didn't turn up, I received an email saying that it would be delivered the next day which wasn't convenient for me, I was however able to change the delivery day. It was so confusing when I then received an email saying the delivery would be the day I didn't want! The order finally came in the end.

Metal hanging basket planters

Very useful....
Perfect bit of kit for what I need it for.
Fold it in half, hang it in the doorway of my shed, stops my dodgy neighbours peeping over the fence when i have the door open in hot weather to try and see what i have inside! Also use it for a bit of birdwatching. Good quality product, delivered at supersonic speed.

Beautifully packed
Beautifully packed , clear instructions, the oxygenator is now doing it's job, the magic of seeing the bubbles of oxygen rising all through the power of the sun via the neat solar panel, is pure nature at it's best.

My order arrived a week late
My order arrived a week late, with you blaming DHL and them implying it was you, but as neither of you had a phone option, it was very tedious trying to sort it all out. Waiting in when noone knew what was going on was time wasting. At the end, I emailed suggesting some compensation (surely you would want to offer a percentage off a future order?) but was swiftly shut down. So, now you've lost a customer. I spent over £600 and would have ordered more of that product, but not now.
