Efficient for long hauls

Installed the rooftop AC unit on my RV, the unit came pre-filled with refrigerant, I followed the detailed installation guide, and within a few hours, the unit was up and running. The AC unit kept the interior of my RV comfortably cool. I am not sure why it took so long to receive responses from them, recently they have been much more responsive to my questions and have been helpful in resolving my issues with installation.
I purchased the 12v ac/heater for my camper van. There was absolutely no instructions on which connector went into which receptor. I tried contacting the company through their website multiple times and never received any response. Customer service is non existent.

I purchased a air conditioner for my trailer from outequippro and got the product very quickly at a good price. After a few weeks I ran into some major life challenges and wanted to return the unit since I needed the money. They said they would take it back but it ended up costing me a lot to ship so they offered me a partial refund and i was really appreciative of this.
