Scam company, Unprofessional
If I could go lower than the stars provided I would, I ordered two pairs of leggings, and firstly had to pay for postage, and return. Firstly, this company doesn’t reply to emails unless you repeatedly bombard them, secondly, to return an item you have to submit a request in which the company then provides you the address to send the items back, so I did this via Royal Mail 2nd class tracked delivery, on the RM app I could see that they had made numerous attempts to deliver my return at their warehouse but no one had answered, when I emailed the company about this, they said they ‘had to be made aware of a refund’ for someone to answer to take the return, which is appalling since they themselves have to accept the ‘return request’ and provide you with the relevant address, so therefore you should be expecting returns. I’ve now gone through pay pal for this return and was issued a refund on 9th August, it was taking some time so called pay pal and they advised that this company issued my refund via Echeque therefore the bank account the refund is coming from is taking a little longer, it is now 19th August to which I had called pay pal earlier this morning in regards to this in which they said to wait until the 20th and I’ve received an email this afternoon to say the refund was cancelled by the seller. They’ve not responded to multiple emails Ive sent regarding this refund, This is over £42 I want to add, absolutely disgusting company. I’ve escalated this further via PayPal. I ordered these leggings and returned them in July.
