Nela from the escalation team management was helpful to my membership cancelation with outfitnoso.com. I look forward for my refunds. Kindly refund all my money from previous charges .I never did a purchase here. I accidently login this site. I thought it was temu because they showed and advertisement of temu. After I clicked into this link , it was all different. This is a misleading advertising. Very manipilative. Hope to see a solution. Maybe I can rate Nela more after my refunds because at present I have trust issues.

Had a quick run in with them and it wasn’t for me but the reason for the stars is all thanks to Alero. I had trouble understanding how to cancel account and after years of shady websites it was really nice to have a good encounter with friendly people. I got quick answers and fast help! Anyone wanted support from outfitnoso ask for Alero!!
