After writing to Outfittery perplexed…
After writing to Outfittery perplexed why I received 2 boxes with different credit card details (one of which I hadn’t used with Stitchfix for years) I gave up and returned the second box in full when it arrived only to then be charged for 2 items they claim I kept which I didn’t! Still awaiting a response from them to arrange a refund. Plan to cancel as soon as this is sorted. Phone number hangs up on you after 20mins, shocking!

I received a box of clothes I didn't…
I received a box of clothes I didn't order. I was just as surprised as other customers here have said - that my details were sold from stitch fix. I was a happy customer of stitch fix so was open to trying the service out but the clothes didn’t suit. I have posted them back using the returns label and I’m now being chased for payment for clothes I returned with a threat to send this to a debt collection agency! No response from customer service yet either. Please could someone review this case as the return was sent through your own tracked service and should have been received by now. I was originally a Stichfix customer…
I was originally a Stichfix customer and was transferred over to outfittery. I only knew this when I different designed box came through the door. I sent all my clothes back in the time and filled in the feedback on each item. I then received an invoice for £79.99 saying they have removed this from my bank account. I have no way of contacting them because they don’t answer the phone and just send automated email replies. Please do not use this company.

Avoid at all costs
I would give a zero if I could
Like many others I was transferred over from stitch fix …. Initially heard nothing then sent multiple emails and box arrived…. Nothing in the box is suitable and soooo expensive- no discount for multiple buys it then gives 7 days to return the box … however I have spent hours trying to log onto the site.. it keeps saying I’m a transfer from stitch fix so reset password- try that new link sent…done that …and yes you guessed it round we go again… so I can’t return the box because you need to log in
Multiple emails sent with cart-blanche response either they are too busy to respond or reset the password!
Phone line never answered
I’ve even tried some of the emails on here to no avail
Poor customer service- poor website
Update- I sent an email as advised by their customer service- still no response!

Company is a fraud do not use
My information was passed along to Outfittery when Stitch Fix closed, without my consent, not sure how that is legal. Without ever consenting, signing up or ordering a box, Outfittery sent me a box of clothing. They had my name and home address, as well as charged my bank account nearly £500 for a box i never ordered and immediately returned to them(with proof), that somehow went “missing”. This company is a fraud, do not sign up or use them.

Thieves!!
I was a loyal Stitch fix customer for a long time, so I was sad to see them go. I had an email to say outfittery was a new service available but I found their website and app very difficult to use. I emailed them asking to cancel the service, but they said I couldn't as it was too late and my box had been dispatched. I hadn't asked for a delivery nor authorised them to take any payment.
I returned the box using the royal mail label which I have the tracking for.
Much to my surprise £572.91 was deducted from my bank account for the whole outfittery order!!
I am now fighting with both outfittery and paypal to try and get my money back.
Awful service!!
Stitch fix refunded my PayPal account, then requested I pay an extra amount without reason.
They threatened me with debt collectors.
I have tried to email them but they don’t answer.
Then I found they have obtained my credit card details - presumably from stitch fix, and have charged me again!!!!
If I don’t receive a refund I will report them for fraud.
Scandalous service!!

Fraudulent payment
My details were sold to Outfittery by Stitchfix and I received a box of clothes from worth nearly £600 that I did not request.
On going to return it, one of the items supposedly sent in the box was missing and so I tried to contact them multiple times to ask how to document this on their returns process. No response.
Today they took £581 from my bank account without authorisation and still not responding to emails. What a scam!

Inefficient
When I realised that Outfittery had taken over from Stitchfix I thought it would be the same - easy to communicate with, a good selection of clothes, etc.
How wrong I was. The clothes were not particularly exciting, so I sent them all back, minus one item. I was not sure how to pay for it so sent an email asking for information. I hadn’t realised that Stitchfix had given them my credit card information. On logging in I saw that I had been charged £157 and there was a photo of two items that I had returned, saying I had kept them! So I have been charged £117 for nothing. When I have emailed them I have just received a standard reply that they are having problems. Not good enough! I don’t want to have anything from them again and will report them to Trading standards if I am not refunded. I would say - ignore them like the plague.

Dreadful!
Dreadful! Was a stichfix customer, so have just moved across to Outfittery, however first box arrived and blazer not included. Have tried calling on numerous occasions and no reply I have also emailed and advised emails taking longer than expected to reply yo. I have returned whole box as nothing in there is of any use, either dull colours, bad fit or just not good style! Obviously blazer not in box as never received so waiting to hear response and what they do

Order never received!
I am currently trying to get my money back from this company, I never received the clothes, they were sent to the post office and returned to the company (I have proof of this) and yet they still have taken nearly £400 from my credit card.
I have tried to ring them and had no luck, tried to contact them using their form and nothing, also tried contacting them on social media and still no contact.
I would like to get this resolved and get my money back or I will be disputing this with my bank.

My honest experience
I originally wrote a one star review as I was very frustrated as I was charged for something I did not receive. I know mistakes happen, we are all human…
Just wanted to say thank you to Georgios for sorting it out and processing my refund.
I think this company needs a lot of improvement. First of all someone who actually reads the customers notes would be great and acts according to those wishes.
The online return form needs a choice of “keep” that would be helpful and a comment section incase there is a mistake so can be explained as it happened to me.
I loved stichfix and was looking forward to outfittery boxes but after my first experience I decided to cancel it.

Received a parcel I did not ask for with a value of £600 as I was a previous Stitch Fix customer so they must of obtained their client list. I contacted support who have not responded so I am now expected to send it back.
Terrible business model.

Joke ! Of a company
Joke !! Absolutely a joke of a company! I’m a previous stitch fix customer ( which I loved ) stupidly I agreed to switch across to outfittery !
On Feb I received a box ( nothing particularly special in the box so made no purchases from that box ) so it was returned shortly after ! On the app it clearly shows the returned box and they have subsequently tried to take nearly £900 off my card and keep trying !
I’ve opened 17 tickets no response
Called the office number 12 times keeps you on hold for about 15 mins and then cuts you off !
If you’re thinking of joining them — DONT

Likely a scam!
Similarly to other customers, I tried this company following on from Stitch Fix and have been sorely disappointed. The box had completely inappropriate items and one missing. When completing the online contact is form there is an option to say an item was missing, however noone has got back to me within 5 days of sending this. You have 7 days to return the box, or you get charged for all the items, or those missing from the box. I'm in a catch 22 situation, I'm going to be charged for something either way. Following on from other customers, After a 2 week delivery period, I can only think they either cannot cope with demand (for highly overpriced and unsuitable items) or this is a scam.

Absolutely appalling company
Absolutely appalling company. They took my data from stitch fix sent me a box of clothes without my permission. I then had to go to hassle of sending it all back. I've now been sent an "invoice" for £24 which I have no idea what for as I have never bought anything or signed up to this dreadful company with no ethics.

Sadly not Stich Fix!!!
Sadly not Stich Fix!!!
As a previous loyal SF customer I was very excited to be able to continue. Sadly the service is no where near the same…
Box arrived…. Beautifully packed!!! But I do think 13 items is excessive as compared to SF or Lookeiro. But that’s my personal opinion.
Really sad most of the clothes didn’t fit me which I never had an issue with SF!! All measurements are correct on their app.
There was an extra pair of trousers in there which we clearly an error in packing. I could have kept them, £70 worth. They actually fitted and nice for holidays but I am a genuinely honest person. So emailed them confirming my return choices (which in itself was an faff as the app wouldn’t let me do it) and added I had returned these as they were packed in error.
Never got a reply. Then received an email billing me for £70 more than the 2 items I kept….. saying I had kept a pair of jeans that I hadn’t.
Emailed…. Again no response but they have emailed saying my next box will be delayed until I pay. I will pay but not until they rectify the bill for what I actually kept. £120 for 2 tops!!! Not £190!!!!
The app is awful. Doesnt save any changes.
Returns process is poor on the app.
There is no discount for keeping a full box.
No idea when you get billed.
Just a really disappointing experience that falls way way short of Stitch Fix. If the customer service was on point then some things could be overseen as new business glitches but lack of customer service is shocking. They will not be getting more custom from me and I would advise any previous SF customers to avoid unless you are happy with a lot of hassle for ill fitting expensive clothes you will undoubtedly need to return.

Avoid!
I am also a previous Stitch Fix customer and had no idea about this company taking over my account (and payment details!) until a box arrived with nearly £400 worth of clothes (including 2 items that were identical, which was ridiculous). I sent them all back but have now been charged for 2 items on my credit card that I most definitely returned (just over £80 worth) that I will be querying with my CC company as soon as it has cleared as I have no intention of paying for items I don't have.
Looking at other reviews, I would definitely avoid this company. They are either trying to scam money out of people (and hoping they won't notice) or just completely incompetent. I'm now waiting for someone in Customer Services to come back to me but I'm not holding my breath.

The customer service is appalling
The customer service is appalling. I am being threatened with debt collectors when i sent the parcel back weeks ago. I have sent 4 emails explaining this and attached proof of postage. I am still waiting for acknowledgement of the 1st email sent in March. I want an apology for the stress they have caused.

Shockingly bad business
I have been sent numerous emails by Outfittery. saying I have signed up to their service. I have not. I never have. They have never replied to me. A box from them arrived today. I have not asked for it or ordered it. shockingly bad business !!!
Update: They did get in touch And asked me to return the box which I did and they are now chasing me for £35 which apparently i owe them for returning the box. And they are about to send me another box.
This business is a SCAM
I must have emailed themover 30 times to tell them that I am not a customer of theirs and have never been a customer of theirs
Update June 2024. Second box arrived. I refused to accept it so it was returned by the delivery company. I then got an email saying I owe Outfittery over £125. Which I most certainly do not. So again, I had to contact them and finally they have agreed I don’t owe them anything and have said they’re going to close my account. The account I never opened. Then I have an email from them today saying that they want me to remove this review because it relates to a different company.
It does not this review relates to Outfittery. And there is no way I would recommend them to anyone.

Scammed by this company
Today I received a large box of clothes from Outfittery, I had never heard of Outfittery and hadn’t ordered anything from them so was completely
mystified about where it had come from. On googling the company I then found multiple reviews online from customers with similar experiences. I am also a former Stitch Fix customer, but have never signed up to Outfittery and haven’t consented to them having any of my personal details. I am furious they have done this and can’t understand how this is allowed. This is blatant misuse of my personal data. I will be returning all the clothes as I don’t want anything to do with such an unscrupulous company. I will also now contact my bank, having seen that other customers have been charged for clothes that they never ordered! I am very worried about them taking money from my account and that they could have my card details.
Absolutely shocking.
