My boss got a bicycle in the beginning of December, and when I set up everything i saw that the wheel wasn't straight, I sent them a email and after one month and half arrived another wheel, that wasn't straight too, so they said that I could put on a bike store to be fixed and they would pay us back. The bike shop saw that the gear and the brakes had problems too that, for me, I wouldn't could see only when I would ride! They fixed so after 2 month we have the bike ok! This shop said that they only would pay for the wheel and with that I lose £35. So they sold me a damage bicycle and now they say that is not they problem

Great quality bike with speedy delivery and fantastic communication from E-Bikes direct. The price was a bonus too! Was sceptical about ordering a bike online but this is the place to visit! Was easy to assemble and was put together in about 15 minutes. Have used it every day since and people always remark what a good looking bike it is 😊 10/10

I bought a very reasonably priced bike for my daughter during Lockdown. However when it arrived the spoke on the front wheel was broken ( damaged I believe in transit) and I immediately thought what a hassle this was going to be!! Fortunately Customer Services and Rob were extremely helpful and they resolved the problem within 24 hours with little fuss and were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this company and will be my first port of call when I need another bike.

Fantastic customer focus, my order was damaged in transit. I emailed Josh at E-Bikes and he handled my case very efficiently with same day responses.
He delivered on his promises and quickly resolved the situation. I wish all companies were like this. I’d have no hesitation in buying from this company again.

Fantastic service from this company. Bike ordered in December was better than expected. Seat was torn on delivery, not sellers fault, contacted seller who said no problem supplier will ship you a new seat seat directly (not received yet but do not doubt its on its way), delivery was fast and efficient and communication from seller spot on all way through. Customer journey seamless ..... would i recommend to friends and family 100% yes.

This is an exceptional company that provides a first class service and they are willing to go the extra mile to ensure 100% satisfaction. We purchased a ride on tractor for our grandson and as well as the best price anywhere it was delivered as per their delivery date and time. We'll buy from them in the future.

We’ve been really impressed with the customer service we’ve received so far. Had a couple of issues with a bike we’ve ordered and they’ve been absolutely brilliant about sorting it out, even though one of the issues was our fault!
The delivery was very quick and their response to our emails, even through Christmas, has always been prompt.
I will definitely use E-Bikes Direct again and will recommend to all my friends when they’re looking for a new bike.

This is a great company. I had some issues with the courier service about the delivery of my bike. Phoned customer services at E bikes an they were brilliant an had my issue resolved within an hour. Excellent service. Bike arrived wrapped an packed up really well. I would highly recommend E bikes to everyone.

I was looking for a bmx bike for my little boy & I come across E-Bikes, never heard of them and was reluctant so done some research and found them to be a legit company, so I ordered a bmx bike. It come very quickly in the post, I got it out for inspection straight away and see there was a broken front reflector obviously due to transportation. I emailed straight away and got an email back apologising for this broken reflector and a new one sent in the post which I received very promptly. The staff and support services of this company is top notch. It is close to Christmas and I was stressing but this company took all that stress away with their team and fast services.
Would highly recommend E-Bikes, over anywhere else.

Excellent, informative and super friendly service. I wanted to buy a BMX for my son's Xmas present but don't really know the first thing about them. I phoned up and Glen and Rob offered top notch advice and were a total pleasure to deal with. The whole experience was really straightforward making a potentially confusing transaction really easy. I purchased a Jorvic 250W 36V Electric Folding Tricycle from E-Bikes Direct and, although beautifully packaged, it unfortunately arrived quite badly damaged in transit.
Photos were supplied and E-Bikes Customer Support, couldn’t have been more helpful. Under non Covid conditions I might have requested a replacement, but they had no further stock, so they arranged to supply packaging and for the trike to be collected and returned to them for repairs which were completed very quickly. At all times, I was kept informed of progress and their Head Technician even rang me to confirm that each individual repair had been addressed.
The trike is now back with me in brand new condition, and they have even eased the very, very stiff folding mechanism so that I can now use it. I love my trike and am happy to thoroughly recommend E-Bikes Direct.

Ordered a BMX for the little one’s Christmas - arrived very quick - only €14 postage to Ireland!! The rear v-brake pipe seemed very rigid and stuck out - after speaking to the customer service a fix was easily achieved so after an hour or so setting it up it’s ready to go - looks like a very sturdy bike and hopefully he’ll have many hours fun on it !

Absolutely fantastic customer service.

I ordered a bike for my sons birthday, unfortunately there was a problem with it when it arrived due to the courier service. I immediately contacted the customer services who arranged everything. From pick up to re delivery of another one, and they made a massive effort to get the bike here in time. They kept in contact the whole time letting me know what was happening and made it a priority to get it to me. I can't praise them enough. Really pleased with bike and will definitely be ordering from here again when my youngest is ready for an upgrade.

I ordered an über cool bmx for my daughter and it came within about 2 seconds packed perfectly and really easy to assemble.

Excellent service. Electric bike is perfect for my wife's needs, but I damaged the gear shifter. My fault. I ordered a replacement and was sent one free of charge. I was prepared to pay but that kind gesture has ensured we will go back when I cannot keep up with my wife on her new electric bike and have to purchase one myself! Thanks again.

I went to E-Bikes Direct after being let down by a local retailer who quite frankly appear to have lost the plot when it comes to any kind of customer service.
E-Bikes Direct were helpful and informative leading up to me placing my order, feedback was prompt and accurate and best of all the bike arrived on time only a few days later. Well packed with no damage to the box, things were looking good. Having unpacked the bike and set the handlebars straight I was ready to go. Nothing loose or rattling, gears working perfectly, brakes all good and best of all a battery and motor that actually worked. No idea what the PDI process looks like at E-Bikes Direct, but based on my own personal experience I would suggest they are doing what they say they will do and taking time to ensure that the bikes they sell are set up and safe to ride.

First class service from start to finish, two of the team I spoke to, David and Glen, absolute stars, very helpful and courteous, kept up to date from ordering to delivery, the bike arrived extremely well packaged, very very happy, I can highly recommend this company.

Absolutely great, dealt with them entirely by email to get my bike through my work scheme. Couldn’t have asked for better service, great bike and quality accessories. 1 missed item off the order but after questioning it with them they sent it out straight away and it came the next day.
The bike came built and is amazing.
