I just bought a poolmate end March’18. I made full payment online. Then when I got the delivery, I was informed I have to pay a duty of Rs. 2700/- which is more than half the price of the watch! I should have either been informed that there will be duty and Outletinn doesn’t know the amount or it should have been added in my bill. Suddenly, having to pay 50% more without having a choice, is not okay.

The product itself is great.

I have about 3 years of experience with using Tradeinn, in particular the Outletinn.

The service was and is prompt and reliable.

I love tourism and yachting, practice SCUBA and free diving from 30+ years, etc. For all this, as well as for everyday life i often found the products I need in Tradeinn. They have always been of good quality. The prices are reasonable and without competition when there are discounts. The negative issues are so rare that they need not to be mentioned.

The site software is well made and easy to use.

Delivery speed slow, 2 weeks before the delivery, and because the address write wrong, if the post office returned goods

Perfect product, good price.

Great service. They respond to correspondence. Problem with delays in deliveries. Sometimes they sell products that they can not bring. I would recommend.

I received this watch { Louis villiers LV1117
56.95 € } without mechanism inside!Just an empty case..No authenticity, a fake one!! Tottally not worthing its money..Unbelievable, a story to tell and laugh..
Not to mention the delay, it took them more than 2 months to send me a garbage!

It's a joke! They announce items that they don't have and you can wait for over 2 months without any updates until you finally give up and cancel.
Happened to me 3 times with different products.
Long story short... Avoid them even if the price seems to be lower. It's not worth the time or money!

They sent the parcel to the wrong picking address. I cannot pick up there, I ask them to return and refund. I explain them many times but they do not understand

Umbeliveble, send me wrong shoes and not respond on my ask.
So disapointed with this retailer.

Took a while to arrive but with prices and shipping this cheap, I'm not worried. They also chased up my shipping query quickly.

really long delivery and promise home delivery but its registered letter.

i would never buy anything from this retailer again.
they sent me the wrong size - i ordered an XXL they sent an L.
i had to pester them to have them pay for the return shipping for their mistake.
and then i had to bother them to return my funds, which was delayed as well.
i asked their customer service if they did have an XXL in stock - their website indicates they did - they replied that they did not have the article in stock, but that it would be available in 4-5 days. i emailed the manufacturer - haglofs - who told me they are sold out of the size for the season.
i would never buy from outletinn/tradeinn again.

Oh, they are based outside the UK? be a good thing see easily when buying on the site when in the UK, as the returns are not free as per a lot of other large online retailers ....
Waste of money when things dont fit.

can't fault the goods and prices, but my last 3 purchases have taken an average of 3 times longer to arrive than stated at purchase

Easy, received ontime, nice promotions, high quality. I recommend to anyone who wants to buy good products of a good brands with a good price.
