Ordered from denmark, 5-6 days then UPS delivered, only issue was UPS that just dumped the package on porch eventyhough i was home.

I bought a helmet from the store because it is 25% cheaper here than in my country! Unfortunately, I bought it without trying it on, but I was confident that it would be good because my head size was exactly right for the helmet in cm. Head 60.5cm, Schubert XL helmet 60-61cm.
It arrived in a double cardboard box, securely packaged.
Unfortunately, the size was not right, it was a little big for my head, and since it will only expand over time, I sent the helmet back. After the helmet arrived, they refunded the price, and I didn't have to pay for either the shipping or the return shipping! I highly recommend them!

Ordered orange tail light kit (2). Received one red tail light bar, wrong product. Contacted them over a 2 week period, both emails and phone, No response, Had to open a PayPal case, no response to them either. $67 mistake for sure!

Site navigation is pretty simple, they have a big inventory, good prices, fast shipping (a small mistake has been made while shipping but that was UPS' fault). User interface looks pretty old and just not that good, at first it did look like a scam, but the reviews were positive so I ordered and I wasn't dissappointed. I will definitely order again.

I bought Shubert helmet and it took some time but helmet arrived in perfect package, very satisfied. With helmet and the price. recomend.
