Not impressed
Item keeps showing as available (low stock) and the order goes through as normal. A day later, the order is cancelled - money is refunded - but no explanation as to why. A second attempt to buy the in-stock item meets with the same result. A shame - the prices look competitive but I can't seem to buy anything.

Galaxy A54 5g
Was a bit wary when I ordered my Galaxy A54 but after a week of use I'm absolutely delighted with it.
The phone was classed as Grade A. The box it came in was a bit damaged & had clearly been opened before but the phone was in perfect condition with nothing to indicate it had ever been used.
I was also able to register the phone with Samsung and activate their two year warranty.
Would definitely use again.

I found the latest Samsung TV, grade A which meant it had a slightly battered box, at almost half the price. The power cable in the box wasn't the right 1, but I emailed and received a replacement cable within a few days & the TV works perfectly

We got there in the end.
Ordered soundbar on Friday, delivered on Monday - great, I think! But they'd delivered the wrong soundbar... I got onto the webpage chat and told them they've made a mistake, but they were insistent that the model number has changed, that's all... A quick check online and I send them some pictures of what they've sent me. I think at this point they realise that what they've sent me cost about £300 more than what I ordered. Immediate email stating that they'll pick up the 'wrong' soundbar the next day and deliver the 'right' soundbar. Success! Samsung soundbar is perfect and delivered in original box with all fittings and plugs.

Outlet store were great. Unfortunately they used DHL to deliver who cancelled delivery literally 1 minute before it was due and I had to collect 2 days later by which time the package was bent and the product cracked
