Absolutely fantastic interface on the backend. I wasn't expecting much (most platforms now are slop) but it's extremely user friendly. Outside of the main core value prop of the blog articles coming in on a daily basis the backlink exchange they offer on the backend of the platform was also surprising how quickly it started working. Just checked in today actually and there was another 16 backlinks routed to my software company's website.

Very easy to setup and use, creates great content and has helped us improve our site overall.

The easy webhook integration and the way you can edit your auto generated articles before publishing are great

Outrank helps me efficiently generate and manage SEO content for multiple client websites. It saves a lot of time and makes content planning much easier. The team is responsive and open to feedback, which I really appreciate. A solid tool for anyone working seriously with SEO and content automation.

Really useful for me, saves lots of time creating blog posts, and they are of really good quality.

Obtaining quality links is really difficult, and Outrank does it on autopilot.
There is still some improvements to the content creation but they are on the way

Their plug-in wouldn’t work then we whitelisted their IP address. Then they started using a email to try to log onto our website when we canceled their service because it did not work they kept on trying to get onto our website we sent them emails. They did not stop trying to get onto our back end of our website. They confirmed that it was their email “seoanalytics.cc1@gmail” This email has constantly been trying to get onto the back end of our website. More than 100 block entries before we turned off the notifications. Be very cautious who knows what would’ve happened if they had gotten onto our website.

I finally canceled my subscription to outrank.so after two months of use. While the concept is interesting, the execution falls short in several critical areas.

1. Quality Issues:
The articles quality is mediocre and always requires manual modifications before it's published. The built-in image generation is even worse; the quality was so poor that I had to re-generate all my own images using Nano Banana Pro.

2. Limited Backlink Pool:
Their backlinking pool is quite small. After about 14 backlinks, the system began adding backlinks to repeated same websites, which defeats the purpose.

3. Support and "Live" Chat:
Despite the dashboard showing agents are "online" for live chat, it took an average of 4–5 days to get a response. I contacted them 5 times and often had to follow up just to get a reply. I’m sure someone from the team will rush to reply to this public review, though, even if they couldn't be bothered to reply to my actual support tickets.

4. Credit System Discrepancies:
The 100 backlink credits offered at sign-up are a one-time bonus, not a monthly recurring credit - a detail that isn't clearly mentioned on their site. Furthermore, the backlink exchange is unreliable. For the last two weeks, I haven't earned a single credit despite publishing 10+ articles with backlinks.

5. Privacy Concerns:
Only a month after using the service, I was contacted by 2 of their competitors offering discounts to switch. I have no idea how my information was shared, but it is slightly concerning.

Between the technical failures and the lack of support, I cannot recommend this service - at least not yet.

Website says free trail but when you open account it says $1. I would not trust it as it is breaching trust from first interaction!

i accidentally paid for your service 200 dollars, and contacted support immediatly, they said i will get refunded in 10 days max, its been a month now your support team is ghosting me
