Oh dear. Still terrible.

Oh dear. Outreach are bad. Failed to install Full Fibre into a house which is only 3 years old. The engineer?? sugested ripping up the tarmac - no chance of that happening. The house if fully ducted but he still couldn't figure it out. I have never heard a good report of this outfit. When I heard they were the installers I was filled with dread. I was right. Terrible problems with them during the inital installation three years ago. Dreadful service.

I signed up for Outreach and regretted it immediately. I asked if they had any sort of satisfaction guaranty (within the very first week after subscribing). No. They don't. Their customer support is awful, slow, or non-existent. They try to push support to "Outreach University" witch has outdated videos of prior versions of their site that barely resembles the current UI. I was barely able to use the service at all. A total waste of $6k.

Really, Really bad customer support

Really bad customer support. Their billing and support portal never logs in. They never reply to emails and during renewals, they forget their customers completely. I am not sure how the company is even running with this kind of service.

Absolutely no customer service

Absolutely no customer service, sat in all day again and no engineer. But they did send messages with the date and time slot obviously knowing no one was arriving. What a waste of a day off.
Disgusting!!!!

Not a bad program for sending

Not a bad program for sending. We've been using it for many years. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the recent changes to the way reports are displayed are very poor. It's now quite challenging to work with the new reporting format.

Outreach while a good program with ZERO Customer Care. BEWARE

Outreach while a good program, with good intent, completely destroyed by there customer service and even worse a ticket system that just sends you to their knowledge center. Our team has been in implementation since we purchased almost two years ago. The only proactive contact with them or their team is when your renewal comes along. I would say if you want attention before the sale that amounts to "not my problem" or "please read this in our Knowledge Center" after the sale; sure I guess. There has to be much better service orientated company that cares about more than a very poor install. Outrech Motto: Set it, and Forget it - There is certainly no one person across the organization who is willing to help. Our organization went to speak to the CEO, and here we are. Top to bottom, avoid this solution - there are much better options.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Could be an exceptional project except the customer service is absolutely incapable of supporting in any manner. Frankly, it's shocking the lack of effort or attention we've received from Customer Support.

The worst CRM, bad support

Having used 3 CRMs before as a sales rep, never once have I spent so much time resolving issues with their support team.

Their UI for outbound is terrible, the tiny window for sending emails that can't be maximised.

Several issues in the last months. Calls not being recorded, calls not showing up on your activity, many more.

Today I had a call scheduled with Ayesha from the support team and she didn't even show up nor reply to my email during the scheduled slot.

Please avoid this tool at all costs.

After calling BT to explain I'd been…

After calling BT to explain I'd been hacked and the hacker had taken over my BT account.I was told I had fault on phone line even though I hadn't any issues other than hacking.BT explained this fault would be dealt with and wasn't necessary to access my home.
The next day I received an email stating an Outreach engineer would my visit my home between 8am and 1pm the next day.Later the same day I received another email stating that the time of visit had changed to between 1pm and 6pm.I emailed to clarify but no reply.
Next day the Outreach engineer turned up 2 hours early .Thankfully my Mum was in.Engineer said wall socket needed to be replaced and then told us there was a fault on Internet and phone. This seemed strange as never had any issues. Left at 12.30 but came back 3 hours.Sawed off exterior box and replaced leaving all cables exposed. This made me feel vulnerable as could easily be tampered with and due to hacking I haven'tbeen able to call out on my mobile.I went into Bt shop the next to complain and was told no telephone number for Outreach and I would have to contact
them online which I wasn't able to do due to hacking on Internet.
.However I phoned on landline when I got home and was given engineers name.He then called as I was going out.He insisted that he needed access to my home I checked the Internet and it said that tvhis wasn't necessary, so I didn't understand his insistence.I therefore refused and went out. When I arrived home the cables had been boxed.Very strange.Leaves me feeling uneasy.

They are Scam

To be honest, I don’t have day-to-day experience with the software. My marketing department used it, and they claimed it’s not working well. So we stopped using it 6 months before the year term that we paid for. When my team asked to cancel before the renew date, we were told that were supposed to do it 30 days in advance. Yes, it was written in small print in the agreement, I plead guilty for not reading it, but it is Sas software. They can shut it down with no consequence at any time. I asked them kindly to be flexible and they had no interest they were perfectly happy to charge me for an entire year even if I stopped using their software 6 months before. I asked them why they needed the 30 days to shut down a sas service, and they told me because they wanted 30 days to change my mind. Not some legitimate reason like transitioning people or something. These guys are a scam and are perfectly happy to take advantage of small print. I recommend avoiding that company because they will find a way to suck more than they deserve with no shame.

Don't expect support

Support is absolutely terrible with the team. We've had tickets open for over a week and no response from them. Our AE/AM/CSM haven't responded to our inquiries either.
