Sent email as I had not received the goods. More than 4 working days since the order. I had no reply and still no good.

Communication is key.

Ordered item as recommended by my Osteo.
Arrived promptly as promised.
Easy to set up and use.
Would highly recommend to any one after similar type equipment.

Ordered item on Monday and still not dispatched by Friday. Tried calling but they don't accept calls for the gym equipment department and no-one is answering live chat so I'm stuck waiting for an email reply to cancel my order until I can buy what I need elsewhere

I ordered a rack for both kettlebell and hex dumbbells.One of the main steel plate came with of the corner deformed, with the painting off and rusted. Interestingly all other steel frames were impeccables and there was no trace of the painting that felled off which make me think that the defective frame was packed already deformed with the other ones. Other frames had spray paint touches to mask areas where the painting was chipped off or did not adhere to.

Product was what I expected, and great quality, but - the 28kg kettlebell was packaged in a thin cardboard box with a bit of bubble wrap, which, by the time it arrived, had torn to shreds and the kettlebell had been flying around loose in the transit van, which has damaged some of the kettlebell’s paintwork. However, excellent delivery time.

The equipment ordered was listed as a 2-4 day delivery. Some of the equipment arrived within the stated time slot. No explanation was offered why some equipment had not arrived. I emailed the company to receive a reply that it was not in stock and would likely be delivered in 6 weeks.

Terrible quality, poor customer service. Don't buy your gym equipment from here, buy from a more well known brand.

This was my second time ordering weights from Outrivals. The first time was in the midst of lockdown and although there were a few issues due to supply chain, they were communicative and resolved it as soon as they could. This time it was a much smoother process (proving that the previous issues were out of their control) the weights are, as the previous ones, so comfortable to use.
Will definitely use again when I size up :)

Ordered a pair of 20kg dumbbells. Before ordering wanted to double check dimensions. They were very helpful and prompt with the query. Have ordered from them in the past as well and quality is always too notch. Will use again.

Bought a pair of 8 kg dumbbells. They were so good I went back and got another pair of 4 kg. Matt is super responsive and the reception staff are really nice

In terms of the service, the company was perfect. Shipped quickly and everything was delivered, so no issues there! The dumbbells were in good condition as well, so no problems with the product quality

The only thing that disappointed us a bit was the DBs design. We've been slowly building up our Hex DB collection (bigger and smaller than these ones) from several shops (Rogue, bulldog, Again Faster, Mirafit and believe it or not Aldi) and the spec of the handle and general shape/proportion of the dumbbells edges has always been the same, which is not the case for these ones. The handle on these ones is much finer and the head of the weight itself is longer. Nothing wrong with this, but we would have a personal preference to have them all the same.

Again...absolutely nothing wrong, but it's the first time we saw this different design which is not our preferred one, but that's quite a personal choice.

Weights seem pretty robust and are exactly how they were described.
Only used them once so far due to work but liked them a lot.
Great product - expect the cardboard packaging to be decimated though due to their weight... The DPD guy struggled a lot.

Excellent quality dumbbells, ordered 2*3kg and 2*5kg rubber hex ones and they were of high quality. Arrived very quickly as well considering it was new year, and the customer service was great when I had queries.

I would strongly recommend Outrivals and would shop there again.

It was great to have my questions answered by the company before I made the purchase especially when buying on line 🙂
