Absolutely disgusting would not leave any stars if I could!!
Ordered a paddling pool for my children, it was due to arrive a couple of days later it stated it was delivered to my property I checked the tracking it was left at the front of my property and I live on a busy main road, upon my return home it wasn’t there (I’m not surprised) I contacted outside play who said it has been delivered and that was it. I’ve tried numerous times to contact them again about my missing parcel that I paid over £100 for and they just ignored my emails I will now how to go through a financial ombudsman to get my money back. Would not recommend this company to anyone AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered a 12ft swimming pool fantastic product cover fits perfect easy set up takes 5 minutes I paid for express delivery 1-2 days but with it being bank holiday didn’t get delivered till Tuesday but that wasn’t a problem very happy with my order thank you I would definitely recommend

This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with, they ignore emails, items are missing from my order, empty boxes have arrived and they simply ignore it. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Brought a swimming pool and a cover which stated online that it fitted the size and shape of the pool. On delivery the cover was too big - contacted the company with pictures who said that because the cover is made by a different company and may be bigger although it says it’s for that size pool. Asked to return it, they have said it is at my own cost as it’s not faulty but doesn’t fit or state anyway that the cover wouldn’t be compatible as mentioned before it is the same size and shape!! Disappointed 😔

I tried contacting them and sent them an email to process the refund but till now noone has gotten back to me

Order the items but then didn’t need them. Cancelled order and they caught it before it was shipped even though it had been dispatched. Good communications and a very quick refund. Good choice of items on the website as well at good prices.

I am looking at the reviews and I am a bit confused… whilst admittedly there was a problem with stock, I was contact by phone rather than email & the team worked it out for me. The service & product has been exemplary.

Once the team identified the issue, they looked into it and resolved it, after contacting me in the first instance. the team were super proactive in communicating delivery plans, etc
The product I received was exactly as advertised, my little girl loves it and based on my experience - I would recommend them.

1 star because zero wasn't available. Avoid like the plague, quad bike delivered broken so was replaced 2nd bike broken after one use, zero customer service, zero help, fobbed off and ignored. Absolutely disgusting and if you have financed for their items the finance company are the same. Take your business elsewhere because if these things are for your kids you are lining them up for disappointment.

Ambulance Land-rover Defender brought for our mental health mascot bear who has a fairly big social media following, safe to say the car has been a big hit with his fans! Delivered by a lovely chap who unloaded it into our garage, easy to assemble with minimal tools needed. Would definitely recommend, hours of fun guaranteed!

Can’t thank outside play enough for the fantastic service I recieved from them. They went out of their way to make sure I had a replacement bike in time for my granddaughters birthday after a mistake by the courier. Thanks again to all at outside play.

I ordered a 24v Lamborghini Veneno for my son for his 3rd birthday. The item came in the timeframe promised with clear communication from submitting the order to shipping and tracking with the courier. I had just finished assembling the car and I noticed that there was a crack in the body work... I dropped the team an email and got an almost immediate response - the team at Out Side Play couldn't have been more helpful. A courier was organised to collect the damaged item and a new item was on it's way. All in all, everything was sorted and the new item was here in time for my son's birthday and fully resolved within 36 hrs. Yes, the item was damaged, but it was likely to have been a transit issue. The customer service was top notch. The new item was sent on a pallet to ensure it was not damaged. Would highly recommend Out Side Play and would use them again no problem. Thanks again!

I wish I had seen all these bad reviews before I spent my cash on a drift go cart. Brought it November for my sons Xmas gift. Used it about 10 times. The rear wheels have gone. Tried to buy some more off outsideplay but hit by a wall of disgusting customer service. You can't even ring them. I'll be using different company's infuture like riirook or epicstuff. Both of then now how to treat customers. Don't use outside play. My disabled son is sad now because he can't use his Xmas gift because they don't hold spare parts for rideons they sell.

Never in my life have I ever come across a company with the most horrendous costumer service! RUDE is a total understatement. Purchased a ride on car that came broken, spoke with the company who arranged collection for it to be sent back, but then told me the wrong day to start with so all in all cost me three days annual leave from work, for there incompetence then tried to say it wasn’t there fault it was the courier DX who they use fault I spoke with DX who were quick to blame them, it was a case of each blame each other, back and forth emails that were extremely snotty not to forget the emails I sent that they miraculously didn’t receive even though it was all on one thread no they were just ignored, I requested a phone call as they also trade under a name of HAWKMOTO I’d also AVOID them too as it’s the same company trading under a LTD name, but other than email they don’t accept calls, when I got a phone call back spoke with a lady who said she was the manager but not the director, she argued the toss for 40 minuets there was no concern for me actually being the customer in all of this I was spoken to as if I was dirt she had trodden in, and in the end accepted a refund for my product as I wouldn’t even want to get anything from this horrific company.
