I saw an advertisement for food delivery on Instagram with a really good offer and signed up and paid for the offer only to realize that it was very confusing and not offering what was announced. I then checked my mail to see if nothing more had been charged seeing the weird nature of the offer and found out I apparently signed up for a 62 euro subscription for a service I didn't even know.
Important to note that after a very quick conversation with customer support, my subscription was canceled almost immediately and responded to all my questions quickly and clearly.
0/5 for the shady business practices praying on unsuspecting customers, but a bonus star from a great customer service experience with the representative Maya.
