Rubbish Returns Policy and after sales help
Their "Returns Policy" must be the worst one I have ever experience, when the parcel arrivves it does not contain a Return Label, you have to go through an awful system to ask their approval to get one.
They then give you permission and sometimes the parcel you want to return cannot be returned because of the mess in getting a Return Label.
I ordered a Large and they sent a medium.
And I was able to return it to a South England address which they now tell me that they do not have any base in the UK
When I did manage to return a product I printed out a spare which I then used to return another product which somehow has got lost and therefore my £54 refund has no chance of being made.
I have now completely finished ordering anything with them anymore.
Their after sales help repeats itself, but I am getting nowhere with it so any refund (around £54) I can kiss goodbye to

As usual from Outspot, a pretty good product, delivered on time, at a good price. The cycle rear view mirror could, though, be improved. No fitting instructions were provided; it was not as easy to fit as it could be and, in my view, the flexible arm is a bit too short.
