This is a company that I have used before, and whilst in the past they were not bad, of late they have deteriorated beyond despair!
I have not one but two outstanding orders. When you ask when I might receive the order the response from their customer service is to get me to confirm my home delivery address. After this I’m told that ‘yes correct’ and that they will check with the delivery company. This is where it all stops, as they fail to report back as they promise! They also ignore any chase up’s or requests for a full refund!
To them the money might not be much, but to a pensioner it is money they cannot afford to lose! I find it also rude and extremely unprofessional to operate a customer service like this.

I can not put in the Ref Number in and all so my bank card number I have 16 numbers you got to put in 2 letters and 18 Numbers I told F. G Out about this KNOW REPLY All I can say don’t by from them

I've never used this company so am rather annoyed that I get emails about the same subject more than 70 times each. STOP IT RIGHT NOW or I'll be reporting this as unwanted harassment. A good company doesn't need to beg for business! GO AWAY. LEAVE ME ALONE. STOP YOUR REDICULOUS EMAILS.
