never delivered my parcel until i told the bank i wanted a refund and then it finally got delivered. shock horror
didn’t want to refund me. funny that. took 6 MONTHS to
get something delivered and there is no communication with the company whatsoever. useless!!!

Never received order. Taken payment and won’t answer messages about delivery or refund.

I ordered a medium Nike women's hoodie from this site and till this day it still hasn't shown up......this site is a scam.....the hoodie should had been in early October

Just awful. Ordered a sweatshirt for my daughters birthday and it just never turned up. They still took my money though! No way of contacting them and the one number you can find goes through to a gentleman who claims to have nothing to do with this company. Would be comedic if it wasn't so obviously a scam!

Awful service- I placed an order the beginning of August heard nothing since the order was confirmed. No responses to my emails I just want a refund at this point but can’t even get that! How embarrassing for a business at least stop taking orders and close the site!

Had a great experience with this company a few months ago, but since then it’s all gone horribly wrong. Placed an order on 9th August- no further updates or shipping info received, Still not received the items to date either. No response to emails asking for updates. Last email bounced back saying their email address doesn’t exist!!!! Have placed a complaint and refund request with PayPal and fraud review case with my credit card company. AVOID!

They took my money and never sent my item. When I contacted them and asked for a refund they told me they would process one. I never received my refund. I have opened a dispute with my bank and they’re challenging it. Shocking!!!

Amazing clothes I bought a top and hoodie both items have just arrived today. Material and quality is 2nd to none I'm very happy and will be ordering again.

Ordered back in December and absolutely love my hoodies, have had so much use out of them since Christmas and they still look pretty much brand new! I love that the hoodie material is thick and doesn’t bobble which is always a positive😁some of the new stock has caught my eye and I will definitely be purchasing again! Lovely clothing boutique xx

Everything was perfect love my hoody and t shirt! Great quality and design, easy contact with supplier through instagram and email, shipping took a while but totally worth it!

Ordered a t shirt in December 2023 for holidays in January it's now almost June and no t shirt
No response to emails!

I placed an order which took ages to come. No replies to messages asking when it was coming. I finally received a sweatshirt with a hole in it. I emailed, went on live chat and sent messages through messenger. Got a message back eventually offering to replace but then nothing. No return label no further contact. Received order in Feb and it’s now mid April. Stuck with a poor quality sweatshirt with a hole it it

Ordered items on 26th of March 3 weeks later still not received!! Sent emails and messages on Instagram and Facebook to no replies!! Tried phone number which doesn’t ring. Have ordered before no issues. No way of contacting them to receive refund of £70 order. AVOID.

Ordered 1 item just after Christmas, it’s now almost February and it’s not here yet.

I emailed customer service who told they they were sending it out just after new year but still nothing and had no communication since and are now ignoring me.

I would avoid this website and if you make a purchase be sure to claim I back with your bank because they’re a scam and will ignore you for money.
