Very easy to use, looks secure, hope I haven't got to put it to a test

Very helpful when emailed about a query and it was resolved very quickly. The locks are made very sturdy and definitely worth the money. It puts our mind at ease a little more now as our last van had been stolen. So one of the locks are on the new van to prevent future thefts. They are very easy to use and we are recommending them to our family and friends who have a car or van to purchase one.

The first time I used it l struggled to unlock it - which panicked me l will not lie. However I decided to use the passenger side seat belt, and that has worked a treat.

Ordered 2 locks from this company. Received order confirmation on the day of purchase but nothing since then. Have e-mailed them twice for an update with no response back. There’s no other way to track the order or see where it is in the system, it feels like I’ve been scammed by the silence from them in the 11 days since the order was placed.
